Jones are much better. The girl who served me showed very poor service in both not offering to gift wrap my items and/or offer any free samples as they usually do. They were not even busy to have any other excuse for this poor service. As a result, I will never purchase any Chanel items from this store again and would strongly recommend going elsewhere!

here are not that great. They didn’t even offer to gift wrap the items and/or offer any free samples as they usually do. The experience and their customer service was very poor, especially when they were not busy and just standing around either!!!

noticing the middle of the pillow was collapsing slightly but still worked well enough as a soft comfortable cool option. However, now after a few more months of use the middle of the pillow has a very pronounced dent. The anti-allergy filling in the middle section of the pillow is virtually nonexistent. The filling has pretty much moved entirely to either side of the middle part of the pillow. Despite all of my vigorous attempts to shift the filling back into place. No such luck. Not able to get the filling to return to the middle part of the pillow. Disappointed.

This pillow is a latex pillow inside a wool blend pillow protector, it is not a wool surround pillow with a latex core. It smells too rubbery especially in warm weather I have asked for a refund.
