we hadn’t tried the chair in person and we’re only relying on the information on the website and reviews from other buyers. We contacted Olympia through Facebook to ask some questions and they were quick to respond and helpful with our inquiries.

The only thing that could have been better was the delivery communication. The courier didn’t contact us beforehand to arrange for a suitable delivery date so we had to follow up ourselves to make sure someone would be home to receive it. However, this was more of an issue with the courier so we can’t really fault Olympia for that.

As for the massage chair, my wife and I absolutely love it! It’s better than we expected. There are different auto programs and manual settings so we can choose the type of massage we prefer depending on what we need. The Bliss xo features are exactly what we’re looking for!

Working in a hospital and spending long hours on our feet can be tiring so having this chair at home is such a treat. It helps us relax after a long day. It’s also easy to use and the massage feels great!

Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend the Olympia Bliss XO to anyone looking for a massage chair!

Sydney, I spent almost 3hrs trying different chairs & working out what was going to work best for me with the help of the lovely lady in the store! I ended up paying in full there & then to order my chair, a couple of weeks later it arrived. My wife at first hated it as she doesn't like much pressure / pain but now she has worked out how to use it manually I'm struggling to get her out of it! Although i've only had the chair for a couple of weeks it's hitting all the spots after my intense workouts! Absolute loving my Zeus Athletica massage chair!
