contacting/emailing/messaging/phoning and then all you get is we do not have product's that are OUR brand, but hey wait another 3 weeks and we MIGHT, it will be over 2 months of request by then. We will never buy plum again, and do not recommend in any way. THIS is what we have been sending and updated from start October, to now a week into November. wow, I have rung Australian Plum play, was told they would ring back, NOTHING I rung back, no answer I rung off another phone they answered I have emailed numerous times and told will get back to me This has been going on for over a month, does your company sell items, then if we do not have the money to buy a complete new one because of an issue with the weather, your company does not care. Oh yes I was offer Pfft a 5% discount, when I could have bought at black Friday sales far cheaper. Then the parts I need are $30 each part plus shipping, it is the straight up pole, but hey they do not sell the one pole without you having to buy the bend pole as well, even thou they are separate parts and we do not need the bend parts. and we need 6, then shipping so over $200 for 6 poles, the rest of the trampoline is/was perfect, so you may as well buy a new trampoline from a legit company. Sorry but I do not understand why no reply Now we have had hail and we have had more of the trampoline damaged while awaiting to put it back together once you had got the items to me, but hey I am feeling that $600 down the drain and unfairly because the big company does not care about us who are on disabled pension and struggling, while trying to get our little ones back out enjoying your products.

BEWARE and think of your kids CHRISTMAS do you want them to enjoy or have to wait for any part you might need replaced.

safety net, legs and outer ring of the tramp together, each time we have replaced parts it has required pulling the tramp apart. Plum has sent us replacment which has been good but now to many things are breaking with the safety poles and net to explain to Plum the items I need to replace. Do you self a favour and look at other brands before plum I'm my opinion these are cheaply made, poor design and quality that doesn't last. Not worth the $399 we paid..
