everything had been designed with the user in mind, components absolutely felt high quality... I'm a small woman and I still managed to wrestle this big-#ss chair into its finished state, and it was a pleasure the whole way. Plus I had a small issue with postage, which ended up being on the courier's side, but I have to say the customer support was 10/10. An actual human, who was can-do and went above and beyond to make sure I got answers to my query. Legit delighted with everything, top quality, every penny feels earned by these guys - recommending to everyone!

After asking for further escalation:

'I regret to inform you that the best we can offer at this time is a replacement seat base at a subsidized price of A$180'

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Not worth the money. Causes discomfort and pain from sitting even a short duration (<1hr). Warranty is useless, as support day nothing wrong from the video i provided but i can but a new seat base for 250.. no chance.

Poor product which looks cool, doesn't function as a gaming or office chair backed up with a worthless warranty and canned response support team.

I hesitated for a few months given the price but it’s worth every penny. Fantastic quality product accompanied by excellent customer service. The picture below is of the box for the cable management system.
