back to Specsaver a few times. Last visit was begining sep.26 .> I don't want to use wifi and set it for me please. Which was done. In the small room it was resonable...but at home no good. In Oct.26 I have another 1 yearly check up. I guess paid by the Gov. I should have read Reviews before.....Not recomment to purchase these, they are no good ( in my Opinion) Hearing Aids. the manager there because they would not refund the bonus from my health care fund- when I next returned to consider purchasing another set of glasses - months later - I found out that the manager blacklisted me from attending their store - I was advised that I could go to another specsavers - why would I ? If that is their policy then it would be the same at any of their stores. No instead I took my and my large family’s business to Oscar’s Wyler instead - couldn’t believe how well I was treated there. They will be receiving my business from now on. Obviously my many years of supporting Specsavers was totally disregarded- so I’ll take my money and customer elsewhere. Not happy but then a store is only as good as its manager.

depends on the audiologist. Jody Africa at Bairnsdale is an exceptionally helpful guy, very good manner and explained everything to an id*ot like me in a way I could understand. The aids are tuned precisely to where my hearing loss occurs. After only a couple of weeks i still can hardly credit the improvement. If you get Jody, you will be happy. If your Specsavers aren't doing the right thing - try elsewhere.
