had to update my phone and now find the Advance hearing aids don't connect with the new phone !!! I use the aids for watching TV and that's about it. Noise filtering and crowd environments are a no go for these aids. They were my first attempt at hearing aids.....I think I'd been better off not getting any at all

visited Specsavers at Southland Shopping Centre WA. My Optometrist was Tanveer, and I had the most pleasant experience. She was patient, and explained things clearly to me. I did not feel "rushed" and felt positive with the outcome.

depends on the audiologist. Jody Africa at Bairnsdale is an exceptionally helpful guy, very good manner and explained everything to an id*ot like me in a way I could understand. The aids are tuned precisely to where my hearing loss occurs. After only a couple of weeks i still can hardly credit the improvement. If you get Jody, you will be happy. If your Specsavers aren't doing the right thing - try elsewhere.
Tbh I believe that this is just a gimmick to get more money..my glasses still smudge and scratch...so I won't be paying for that again I had it on 3 prs glasses
