service from Superloop was. Not to mention the customer service—I felt they were training baboons to answer questions online and on the phone. I was charged double for my bill for three months in a row. I escalated this, and no one called me back. Bad service provider, bad customer service, bad attitude, and bloated reviews online so they can cover their incompetencies. Good riddance, I'm glad I'm gone and will never return.
