mobile was having issues connecting. I only messaged from another device as, I had resolved the issue & thought I'd check to make sure everything is okay by messaging with a human, my phone was still setting up. I explained all the boxes were tisked & green & was informed all was well & not to worry with a detailed description of what would happen next & if it was not connected by 8pm it would stat again at 8pm tomorrow. So, I await for 8pm tomorrow........but I'm confident all will be well, which I wouldn't have been with my last telco. I won't mention their name was Telstra & I'd been with them 25 years but they are pretty useless now.

Follow-up · I need to have two SIMs active, which iPhones generally support. This particular model does not support two eSIMs active, one of them has to be a physical SIM.

I have moved my NBN internet and 2 mobile phone to Superloop, it’s not just they are less expensive compare to others but the customer service is fast and efficient. My internet service is fast too. Highly recommended!
Zeehara did an amazing job. Unfortunately I was most unimpressed with Timothy as he struggled to relate to me often talking over the top of me and it was evident he didn't respect the customer service relationship experience but Zeehara absolutely redeemed the process. Thank you Zeehara.

Shhiab was very good and he fixed my simple issue. I would like to give him 5 stars. But the process went on all day where two other operators made mistakes. They never sent a link to review, probably for good reason! This is not the first time I’ve had similar issues with mobile phones and internet. It seems we all need to accept this sort of effort.
The ONLY reason I am still with Superloop is because of one person and he is such a good customer service executive that he should be running the company. he knew exactly why and then went into the best sales support I have ever witnessed. He ordered two sim cards and got them sent Express post. He then emailed the dispatch to ensure they sent them priority. His last words to me were as soon as he hears from Aus. Post he will email me and let me know the tracking number. Yesterday I received two emails one with the tracking number the other with the they have been sent. both from Umesh.
Then I noticed that e accounts had already started billing us for some thing we did not have and after a particularly bad chat with ray in Accounts who basically said it was my fault for ordering the sims which I had not done. I emailed Umesh and he sorted it all out for us.
If I was Umesh's employer I would promote the man or at least give him a pay rise because after the sales experience and with accounts I would be with another provider now. Umesh saved the day and has sorted other people debacles out afterwards. What a super agent he is.

Superloop uses the Telstra Wholesale Network, which is the poor cousin of Telstra's full network (despite advertising the fact that it uses the Telstra network.... misleading much?). outside of metro capital city areas or spend any time in densely populated areas, Superloop Mobile will make you crazy. Despite admitting to me that there are "inherent limitations of the Telstra wholesale network", Superloop flat out refused to compensate me (I asked for 1 month's credit for two services -- $78), so I cancelled both mobile services and our home NBN service. Dinuk is very friendly to talk to and proactively assists on my concern. I am satisfied with my experience with customer support. SuperLoop made it convenient to reach out via the mobile app and you can pretty much manage all your services from within.
Zeehara was very helpful in guiding me through the setup process which was only needed because my not following instructions was the reason for the problem in the first place. She was courteous and helpful in getting the service up and running.

There was about a week and a half of delays in setting up a physical SIM for my phone. In the end we gave up and support staff helped me set up an eSIM. Umesh, who helped me set up the esim was very helpful after a frustrating week.
I joined Superloop to be on a Telstra network because the Optus network blocked my phone. I registered for an esim. The initial port failed. Superloop customer service rep sorted it after providing more details and within an hour on a Saturday the port was successful. The network has been fine so far for my basic needs. Show details
I was having trouble scary the esim QR code and had to call to fix the issue. I was informed that there was a back end issue, and the gentlemen helping me said that he would take care of it personally and assured me that if he couldn't fix it by the end of the day he would contact me with more information. Absolutely patient and helpful. Explained why I could not activate SIM card and provided a timeline of what to expect . Better than Telstra , much more pleasant to deal with .

After calling 3 times with no resolution i finally spoke to Kishorie who seemed to be the only one to.care. She troubleshooted from her end and got my service to work again.
A few glitches with the bot getting me to the write person, but the call back was instant (!) and then both Superloop staff members were very helpful and patient.
Michaell Magno from the sales team is the type of person I hope I get when I call any company for help/assistance. Explaining everything perfectly even as I bombarded him with a million questions regarding my issue, very thankful to him for completing my order and glad he is apart of the Superloop team
Bought 2 sim only connections; Umesh from Superloop was very helpful with activation process, great customer service and interpersonal skills - keep up the good work. Was charged extra money and Umesh was diligent enough to raise refund request to his billing team on a Sunday. First time using Superloop network, fingers crossed, hoping to get good network and internet speed, let’s see.
Sowmiya was great. Fixed all my issues without me having to repeat myself or get upset. Highly recommended. Just took a bit long as it was done through the chat app but perhaps there are reasons.

Been an NBN customer for a while, but recently taking up their mobile offering. I ran into some trouble with porting my number over but Didula was able to help me work through the issue efficiently. He was knowledgeable, effectively helped troubleshoot my issue and was quick to suggest next steps. Great customer service from superloop. Show reply
