although that friend had to call them to place the order and pay for it on the day she gave it to me but unfortunately she was no longer in Australia - the bag was a going away present for me. I sent an email to Titleist in October 2025 and I am still waiting for a reply. Don't waste A$500+ dollars on a Titleist Stadry Golf Bag. Mine is sitting in the garage and I went back to using my 10+ years old Ping Golf Bag with all zips working perfectly.
