to explain what happened and heard nothing, so I repurchased a brand new doll.

We have had the new doll for a little over 2 weeks now and it won't stop leaking (out of her eyes, neck and joints). Despite us following the instructions meticulously the doll continues to leak. Also half of her eyelashes on 1 eye are missing.

We received amazing customer service from the store of purchase (Mr Toys Toyworld) and are on our 3rd doll.

Let's hope Sophie 3.0 is a winner...
