Great wine cellar fridge – I needed a dedicated wine fridge cellar to cater for my Champagne collection. Because the bottles are wide there aren't many fridges that can cater… Read more

for this type without stacking bottles very high. I found this fridge to be great as I only need to stack the bottles 2 high which makes for ease of access. I can also buy additional shelves and adjust shelf height. The fridge is very stylish in the room and super quiet. I like the amount of light generated from the side strip. I placed a thermometer inside the fridge to test the consistency and accuracy of temperature and it is performing well.

Issues with SICN 3066 integrated fridge freezer – We bought a SICN3066 fridge freezer in April 2008. The unit sat with the kitchen manufacturer for about 6 months after purchase before it was… Read more

installed, but we only used the house as a holiday home till we moved in 4 years ago. We have no backup in the local area so my husband took the fridge to Sydney for repairs as it was out of warranty - it started to beep and the freezer was loosing temp, then the fridge started to act up as well. The repairers stated that it has a Gas Leak and not repairable. Andico gave us the option of replacement at 30% discount - but as we have twin fridges we are rethinking of replacing the fridge. With reading of the problems I'm in a dilemma .

We now have the same issue with the other Liebherr now and have contacted Andico, waiting on outcome.

5th warranty call out same issue – ⚠️REVIEW UPDATED: Sep 23, 2025 Was about to have a tech attend for the 5th time in 4.5 years for the same issue, ice build up on the freezer… Read more

interior rear wall. Gets so serious over a year or so that the draw cannot close, the distributor did not want to replace the unit just keep fixing it until the warranty ran out. Thankfully the retailer Winnings Group have come to the rescue and arranged with the Australian distributor Andico to replace the faulty appliance. Honestly wouldn't risk buying a major appliance any where else but Winnings/Appliances Online. Regardless of the fault would purchase Liebherr refrigeration again in the future.

This is our second large Liebherr fridge/freezer in 7 years, the first (also reviewed) which was sold with our property. This model has some improvements over the french door model we had, cleaning the dust filter at floor level is much easier, motor noise is quieter and a new extended 5 year w/tee! These fridges seem great value compared to a very similar German and USA luxury appliance manufacturer. Personally I would not buy any other refrigerator. Absolutely love these, they perform well and look great. Overall highly recommend these appliances.

Not possible to get close to advertised storage capacity – I bought this because I was not particular happy with the tight shelving on my Vintec V110SGES3 - 121 bottle fridge, where the shelves are fixed… Read more

distances from each other, and which means a lot of label scraping when trying to get shelves out. This is a particular problem for many of the larger bottle shapes we get in Australia.

I had this delivered this week. On attempting to stack it today, I realised the internal dimensions mean that there is no way that you can get close to the 195 bottle capacity advertised.

Wine fridges usually advertise their capacity based on Bordeaux bottle sizes, which is fine, however, there is a significant difference between the shelve depth of my Vintec and the Liebherr.

The Vintec shelve depth, between front and back lip, is 51.5cm, whereas the Liebherr is 43.3. As such the shoulders clash far more significantly in the Liebherr. If I try to stack the bottles in the 5/4 matrix (5 forward/4 back) the front 4 have to lift up to sit on the shoulders of the back 5. This is not the same for the Vintec, where the extra 8cm makes enough difference for the stacking to work for many Australian bottle shapes.

I can get about 90 bottles in the 121 bottle Vintec and that includes a 6 bottle wooden case. I don't expect I would get much over half in the Liebherr.

Looking at the advertised dimensions of the Liebherr it states 670mm depth, however, it is 645, or if you include the handle, about 685. From the back of the fridge to the front, excluding door is 590, whereas the Vintec has equivalent dimensions of 680/630.

Although it does seem good value initially, I have decided to return it, as for a 100 bottle fridge, it's not good value!

I can't comment on its performance as I've not turned it on.

Disappointing attention to detail in both marketing and manufacture – This freezer looks great, is easy to clean and economical. It runs very quietly, except when substantial amounts of unfrozen food are loaded and the… Read more

compressor really kicks in, it gets much louder and is a bit annoying for several hours, but that's occasional and not a problem for us. It seems very well made and was easily installed. Given all these great, difficult-to-achieve features, I cannot understand why so little thought has been given to the end user on such a good quality freezer. It would take very little effort to improve this freezer to be a 5-star appliance. Firstly, I stand over 6 feet tall and find it difficult to access the top two drawers. Why not lift up panels as our old 2008 model Fisher and Paykel freezer had? These top 2 drawers are awkward to use at best and would be unusable to many at worst. ...and why no ice storage? How hard can that be? In a previous review from another reviewer who complained about the lack of ice storage, it was suggested by the Andi-Co rep that they were "disappointed with the poor review based solely on your personal household needs". Aren't a customer's personal household needs the reason that these products are made in the first place? Customer reviews give manufacturers free market research and should be appreciated. Failure to do so will only result in products that disappoint customers who will then give poor reviews! Regarding the lack of ice storage, it was suggested that "We encourage all potential Liebherr customers to research the range of side by side appliances before making a purchase." We did! We had intended getting another model with ice-maker, but missed the fact that all models with an ice-maker needed to be plumbed in. Why did we miss this? This very important detail was buried in the fine print of the Liebherr brochure and not visible in store. It was only when I progressed to installation instructions that I found it. So, after planning our kitchen around a Liebherr fridge/freezer of this size, once we finally found this detail, we had no option but to buy this model or install a freezer with an ice maker that would not function as plumbing in was not a practical option for us. Why can't the ice makers in the other models be topped up manually? Why is such an important detail buried in the fine print? This very important fact should be highlighted! It really is a case of all or nothing and buyers of this model get nothing when it comes to ice. How hard would it be to have ice storage incorporated into this freezer? Here's an idea: how about replacing the near-useless top 2 drawers with ice storage, or better, an ice-maker that can be manually filled? Don't blame your customers for bad reviews - you'll get good reviews when you get it right!

cockroach was easily able to enter the circuit board control panel and shorted out that panel. Andico, the company that provides the warranty, explicitly excludes insect damage so you end up being hit up for a very large amount of money to have the power board replaced. I found other brands built for the Asia Pacific region to be far more reliable - never having any issues with any of them. Very disappointed with this product and do not recommend it to anyone.

under warranty and yet 6 weeks and 3 callouts later, we are still getting constant beeping all night from the error message on the freezer and still no ice from the ice maker. When we spoke to the warranty service team they tell us they don't know what to do next. How about this FIX IT!... or if you can't REPLACE IT! That is what a warranty is for!!
