Okay but better prams in the market for similar price – The pram is quite sturdy so I don't feel worried about the safety of my newborn when I put her in this but when compared to others in the market… Read more

don't believe this will be the best in any category. Most of the items are sold separately that you'll need to budget in for prior to buying the pram. For almost a $1000 things like rain cover and fly cover should have come as standard maybe the coffee holder too. It's also very heavy, I wouldn't expect many new mums to be able to fold it and load it into the car by themselves, atleast my wife wasn't able to. They provide a lifetime warranty for it but realistically it's just a marketing gimmick if it's not had any issues in the first few months they're just gonna claim its a user fault and tell you it's not covered in warranty. We found the footrest was quite flimsy and probably the weakest part of the pram as the hinge is plastic. It broke within the first year of use and then it just hangs there by the fabric making the whole pram practically unusable. Steelcraft claimed this was due to mishandling and required us to bring the pram to their warehouse and pay for it to be repaired. I just went to the market and bought another travel pram and paid a little bit more than the repair price they quoted. Unfortunately the pram goes to waste now thought we'd be able to use it for the 2nd kid but don't think this is the pram for that, and given our first is already 12kg and the weight limit for the lower basket is 17kg only I'm not sure it would get utilised for 2 kids that often anyway. Should've known that earlier but I guess this is just an expensive lesson learnt.

went back to the store where we purchased it from, they sent it off to get repaired. The next day we got a call to say its out of warranty we're not fixing it and that we should have paid for extended warranty. So upset & disappointed. UPDATE - I got great customer service from a team member at Britax & i am very happy to say that the problem has now been resolved.

Okay – Had bub in the small section at the top for a little while. Liked the change station because it had clips to make sure bub wouldn't move. After a bit… Read more

of use the material started to sag so i had to stop using it. I guess bub got heavier too. The mobile is so silly, there is one heavier animal than the others so it looks really strange. Why they did that i have no clue.

Great everyday pram – Sturdy and strong perfect for everyday use. Great versatility and pushes like a dream. Nice big wheels and fold reasonably well...only downfall being the wide back wheels make it a wide load when folded but is needed to fit second seat. Show details
