Contacted CPAP VIctoria seeking assistance to address an issue with my CPAP machine which is still under warranty. The machine was not purchased from… Read more

CPAP Victoria as it was supplied whilst I was in hospital and who recommended I get CPAP Victoria to review the device and return it to Resmed, the manufacturer, in need. CPAP Victoria was willing to do this however wanted to charge for the service, even though the machine is covered by warranty. Also wanted to charge for a loan machine whilst the review/repair was carried out. Quite rude and unhelpful. Certainly wouldn’t recommend them to those looking for such services.

I have been a customer of CPAP Depot for a number of years. The staff have always been very professional, kind and caring as well as being so easy to speak to. They are my number one CPAP store as they are just so friendly and helpful.

Couldn't be happier – Recently upgraded my old Airsense 10 to an Airsense 11 Autoset with Perth CPAP. Service was exceptional with patient and informed staff. The Ardross… Read more

store is very stylish however this doesn't reflect in the pricing as it was very competitive. And the Airsense 11 Autoset is a brilliant machine and already my sleep quality has improved.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! Ordered online a heated hose for my CPAP machine but made a mistake with the machine model. I got the air sense 11 and ordered… Read more

the tube for air sense 10. Open the package, tried and of course the connection is different. Called the 1300 number immediately and explained what happened and request an exchange BUT to my disappointment they told me that that was not possible and that I have to stick with a hose that cost me $54.50 despite the fact that it is no use to me whatsoever. Really BAD service

Poor business practice – I purchased one week ago, 24/9/24, the BMC CPAP machine because my old Phillip model is failing. Soon after my purchase from CPAP Club, I learned… Read more

that Phillip will replace my faulty machine under warranty due to a known fault. I called CPAP Club and after explaining the situation I kindly asked to accept the machine back as I would not need it. CPAP Club rejected my petition arguing that the package has been opened and in addition they are not selling this product any more. Obviously I opened the package for testing purpose only to assure the received machine works fine. I have not used it at all. It is more than obvious that the actual reason for rejecting to accept the machine back is because they are not selling this product any more. Poor business practice on the customer support side. On the positive side, the person transmitting this sad message was very polite and kind. Also the delivery was very efficient. Sadly the business practice and willingness to help the customer leaves a lot to say. My first time dealing with this company and certainly will be the last.

Jason is a legend. He helped me find the perfect product and went out of his way to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Super fast delivery and great communication throughout the process. They’ve earned a repeat customer for sure.

using the cpap for a while I came away with more knowledge on how to use it better. Even got a asleep report printed while I was there. These guys know their stuff! I won't be buying online anymore. I'd rather pay the little extra and be supported.

Convenience and gold star service – A fantastic, convenient service, delivering CPAP and BIPAP machines to your door, setting up in your home, and explaining, educating and answering… Read more

all your questions.

The company only deals in leading brands that deliver the best features and provide the best support, and these devices and accessories can be purchased or rented - premium rental deals offering the best value. Accessories can be mailed. Post rental purchases are also an option at good rates.

I have a rare neuromuscular condition which causes weak diaphragm muscles, affecting my breathing at night - and this has been particularly hard to diagnose in sleep studies. Mobility issues and the fact that I don't drive mean the home service is absolutely so perfect for me.

CPCP2yourdoor's David has attended my home on several occasions, allowing me to try out different machines and masks to suit my particular problem, and this was invaluable in trying to determine which was the best fit for me. David is always so patient and professional and provides amazing customer support if you have any issues or questions.

I likely never would have tried any type of support device had I not had this option and I am so grateful I found this company as the machine (Philips Respironics BIPAP) has really changed my life.

Some machines are able to be controlled and data viewed remotely, so if you are not comfortable adjusting your machine settings, this is another great advantage.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough for their in-home service, product range, reasonable rates and amazing customer service.

cost at most $1. Staff are often quite rude and unpleasant to deal with. Masks can be had for half the price elsewhere and even 1/4 of the price if sourced online.

Transcend 3 miniCPAP an ironic 2.5 stars – It’s very noisy and keeps people awake (using various masks etc with same result)….kinda doing the opposite of what you partly need from the thing.… Read more

Purchased on-line from Sove CPAP clinic (review to follow of their stellar efforts ….not). This machine isn’t that smaller than others I’ve seen/used so mini is a stretch. The buttons are poorly designed and I’m guessing, designed to fail. Press bubbles that went out in the 90’s. It’s cheaply made and it shows in every way. An urgent purchase due to Philips’ massive international screw up.

taking a long time for them to respond, still no indication on when the machine will be replaced. Very unreliable aftersales service, please do not buy products from this website specially if you are in Australia as they are not compliant to Australian Standards.
