The worst earphones I've ever used – Not suitable for physical activity. when you move one works and the other stop. The wireless range very bad. There are many bad things in this earphones. I've used cheaper earphones but it's better than this....it was mistaken.  Show details

Only around 7,000mAh, but at least it's cheap and reasonably well made – After charging the battery bank up overnight I tested this unit powering a gopro camera over almost 10 hours; with between 0.7 and 0.9A load it… Read more

delivered 6,888mAh before reporting 0% and cutting out. This is par for the course for most cheaper battery banks - they never meet their rated specs.

The USB-C output is only 5V but again as expected at this price point. The battery bank appears to be well made and the loop in the case is a useful feature.

Get's the job done for a small space – Vodcaasting. Being a YouTuber. It's a lifestyle now and gear is essential. When you are in a pinch and need a portable light that gets your face… Read more

looking video-ready, this is the one for you. It's not the best or most expensive on the market, it does have the right accessories to make it worth the investment. I have only used the USB connector, not the Bluetooth dongle yet - so far the range of brightness and three light settings (white, yellow-white, and yellow) do what I need it to do.

Battery Bank - it's a Brick – Bought the Battery Bank for an extended holiday to accompany my new Oppo Reno 10 5G phone. It is insanely big and as heavy as a brick but at 40000… Read more

mAh capacity gave me just over 32000 mAh charge capacity for my 5000 mAh phone battery (or better than 6 full phone charges) it's been only a week and just reached half capacity drained. Awesome. Has a USB-A and one USB-C outlet as well as an additional USB-C outlet wired in, with a % indicator as well as a single USB-C charging input, so no extra cable needed for charging. Bought at half price sale for $75, so very happy not to pay full RRP at $150. Too big for airline luggage I am told so carry on hand luggage only but still need to check with airline company before travel.

Good value for portable power pack for phone and it works fine for price – Got abit fed up with phone running out of charge in the most unfortunate of circumstances, so decided to spend $35 on portable power back up,… Read more

definitely does the job; easy to take away, just a handy piece of kit, obviously more expensive versions around, but this one fully charges phone and still has abit of charge left afterwards, can’t complain for the price

Useless – This product was just a waste of time. Bought one, and it would not charge any device connected to it. Returned and got another one, which was flat… Read more

when opened, and would not charge. So got a third one, and had the same issue as the first one. Returned and got a full refund. I will never buy a Cygnett brand again.

You will need to have your own lead for this portable phone charger – It says on the front of the box “Pre-charged & ready to use” However the box does not include the lead you need to connect the charger to your phone.… Read more

Only a very small lead to charge the charger itself. HArdy “ready to use” if you don’t have your own lead.

Did not last long – Bought this via the Telstra Points (52,000)program in April 2021. Used it a few times on the next year and it was good and easy to use when it… Read more

worked. Then had no need for a while. 10 Months ago (feb 23), less than two years later I wanted to used it on a cruise. It failed. would not charge up or charge anything else. Very disappointing. Still have it to be taken to a battery recycling collection centre.

Fire hazard – Cygnett 12w dual Usb-A wall charger's need to be removed from sale. I bought one from Jb hifi and it will be going back as it's a fire hazard. I was… Read more

watching t.v. when I got a waft of a strong, electrical burning smell (luckily I stay in the same room when charging anything). I headed straight to the 2 items I was charging, worried that it might be my expensive ipad, but found that the charger was so hot I had to quickly unplug it, and knock it away from anything flammable. The burning smell coming from it was so strong, that I will never buy another Cygnett item again.

advanced, fast device - absolutely wrong. This power bank requires over 12 hours to charge from 0% and it took 20 minutes to charged my phone from 66% to 67%. Absolutely pathetic device, should be labeled Gen 1

Terrible quality – I have had 3 of these Cygnett cables and not one of them has lasted for more than a couple of months. The cable itself is great, but the cable is… Read more

only as good as it's weakest point and the actual micro-USB plug is incredibly weak. They bend and break very quickly. I have seen $2 cables last 10x as long. I cannot emphasise enough not to buy this product, you will regret it.
