feels fantastic, support is fast and professional and everything works seamlessly. Plus I'm so glad I'm buying an Australian made product. Comes with 2 power cables, one for office and one for home (someone was thinking) and back up memory stick. Really impressed with my BlackBook so far.

years (with the long and tedious task of setting up a new laptop). I wanted a workhorse for my research. I wanted speedy startup, shut down, and file transfer. I wanted a variety of connection options. I wanted a backlit keyboard with comfortable keys. I wanted plenty of storage and solid state drives. I wanted a full size keyboard and a numeric keypad. After reading a review in Choice, I knew I'd found what I wanted with the added bonus of Venom's commitment to longevity and sustainabilty, with the options to upgrade or replace so many features should I need to. The extra power cord is very useful and it is comforting to have the backup USB (that I doubt I'll ever need to use). I got everything I wanted and have been extremely happy with this solid, quality, beautiful laptop for over a year now. And when Windows 11's 24H2 update caused problems, help was quickly forthcoming and successful. I'll be a lifelong user of Venom laptops. Thank you for a fabulous product.
