told I would save money, yet my bill is actually about $20 more every month just from GST and other added costs that were never clearly explained.

They advertise that they help pensioners and people with concessions by giving small discounts, but what they don’t make clear is that the amount they “take off” seems to be added back on through GST and other charges. So the supposed help doesn’t actually make a difference in the end.

When I called to question my bill, they blamed my usage instead of acknowledging the extra costs that weren’t properly disclosed. Because of this, I’ve had to change providers multiple times trying to find something fair.

Very disappointing experience and very misleading. I’d strongly recommend people double-check their bills and the real costs before signing up the service to your property if you have gas and electricity is over $120
