cutting everything. However.... that has now changed!!! I've started using this every time I batch cook and it's been excellent! The one thing it couldn't do was make coconut butter, everything else I do it's done a great job. The bowl is solid, the blade storage under the machine is how ALL brands should do it, the variable slicing blade is my main helper, the whole machine is easy to clean and I'm very happy with it. It's a decent weight and has never moved on the bench when in use - just what you'd expect from a decent machine and decent brand. Super easy to use as well.

The only issue - I've taken a chunk out of the top lid and spare parts are simply not available in Australia. They're supposed to be in stock but no ETA in sight. I can still use the machine but it will eventually fail so I've been looking lately at a replacement. And... I was shocked at the flimsy containers of the competition. Not yet sure what I'll do but this has been good so far.

gets used a bit less than our 38 year old lil oskar(which we use for small batch) It has worked brilliantly . We don't use it for mixing cake mixes,( we have a mixer for that) but it is brilliant for shortcrust pastry. I also use it to chop green waste for my worm farm and mincing meat , onions and chopped nuts Only downside is that the blade after 12 years has started to crack around the plastic centre supports. I would love to be able to get a replacement blade. Note, it is probably too large for small batch mayo or béarnaise sauce (it's pretty obvious to see that)
