Hustler Garden & Power Tools
A nightmare – I paid 7 k for a Hustler Fastrak SDX and have had nothing but problems with this mower since new. Mike's Lawn Mowers in Harrah replaced the deck… Read more
bearings three times, rebuild the carburetor twice, changed out one coil, and it spits and sputters and you have to set and let it clear up before advancing in three inch grass. It's been this way since new. I was told I had water in the gas each time however rebuilding the carb and changing gas has done nothing. It's junk! I'm tired of paying to have the carb rebuilt to do no good. When I advised them of this I was told not to come back! Really did they think I was going to continue giving them hundreds of dollars each year for absolutely nothing. Hustled by Hustler. Never again . Oh 120 hours on this commercial mower

Hustler zero turn - spend more time fixing it than mowing – The build quality on this machine is poor. We have owned and used ride on mowers for more than 10 years and this is the only one we regret owning. It… Read more
breaks constantly and the belts come off regularly and are in very difficult locations to enable them to be fixed. The OEM deck hangers are extremely poor quality - thankfully we’ve found a local alternative manufactured by a mower mechanic which so far is more robust. Overall for a $10000 odd piece of equipment this is well below a reasonable standard. Would not buy any in the range. Will be returning to a Toro or John Deere.

Fine when it works, but getting parts in Australia is a terrible experience – We've owned the Hustler Raptor XD for a couple of years and when it's working it's fine. However, getting parts for it has proved to be a headache we… Read more
don't need. The first time we needed parts we had to import them directly from the US (which is costly) as local dealers couldn't tell us when parts would be available through them. Now we are looking for a part again, and are having similar issues. The best estimate is 3 - 4 weeks - seriously Hustler, if you are going to sell a $10,000 mower in Australia, the least you can do is service the parts market ! And in 2023, it really can't be due to "Covid delays" surely!!
