seems to work best for me. I have been taking Somac for years and recently Gavascon as well and since having Intestamine at least before going to bed, I have been able to eliminate all the medications. Slippery Elm was recommended by my Gastroenterologist many years ago but it wasn't effective on its own. I highly recommend Intestamine. It is a pity it is so expensive, but truly worth the investment.
