received the box there was nothing else in there other than my order. While its not a big deal, it is both disappointing and misleading to offer a free gift when you make a larger purchse only to not receive it. When I contacted the enquiries email, the response was equally disappointing. The explaination was they can runout of the free items and put in a coupon in replacement. The two issues I have here are 1) there was no coupon in the box and 2) if there was, it probably means having to purchase more products to get any use out of it (read, more sales for them). When I replied that i didn't even receive a coupon, the reply was simply 'sorry again that this one missed the mark'. excuse me but what?

Again, while the bonus items are probably small in value, this company simply doesn't deliver what it offers and I feel the offer equates to a scam that they have a simplt out for not delivering, and that is sorry but they ran out of the product. Customer service at Elite doesn't offer service and isn't for the customer.
