Bad Initial experience but quickly resolved by the great no hassle customer support team – Update the review outcome at the bottom. No bad reviews are allowed on site, they moderate the reviews to only allow and show 5-star reviews only. I got some goli nutrients and puked. Some arrived with open containers too. carbs nothing healthy at all.

In hindsight, the quest protein chips were good aside from the 1 stale pocket that arrived also open. 1 gummy missing with OOS on invoice yet no refund given and so far the protein water has been good but super expensive at $60 for 12 bottles same with protein chips at 8 for $40.

Lastly the free emerald labs MVM were good and the paid Emerald Labs Vitamin C were also good so far 1 day.

Overall bad experience with false advertisement, false information provided, and moderation of reviews to only allow 5-star reviews on site, yes they wouldn't post my 1-star review.

Also the open containers, food safety issues and lousy email turnaround. I am still waiting for a response.

UPDATE: Got an update within 12h via email which is a great turnaround for when issues occur vs enquiries which are usually 24h. Excellent customer support via email and quick handling in providing gift cards for affected items in my order.

I am pleased with elite supplies' handling of the issue and hope it was only a 1-time occurrence. TO reflect this the review will go up to 4 out of 5 stars missing out on a star due to the self-moderation policy on the website which doesn't allow any bad reviews to be written on products hence no real feedback from customers.

I hope in the future reviews will be addressed and will be more open to all ranges of feedback.

much better if they didn't sell products that are already past their 'best before' date (or significantly so) on their website. I will definitely be checking the full product description carefully from now on. Just a heads-up to be mindful, so others don't encounter the same issue :)

the wrong flavour, suggested I had failed to check the cart closely, and relied on the current webpage displaying correctly as though that proved the listing was correct at the time I ordered.

They ignored the substance of my complaint: that the product listing as a whole was misleading. They refused to provide a refund, replacement, or exchange, then closed the matter and refused further correspondence.

Very poor handling of a simple consumer issue. Reported to FairWork and ACCC.

Received Emerald Labs Ashwagandha Gummies in unusable condition — melted, clumped, covered in white residue, and not fit for consumption. I contacted Elite Supps with photos and a clear refund request, but was given a generic excuse and no remedy. Products should arrive in acceptable condition, and this one didn’t. Disappointing experience.

Ordered a sauce from Elite Supps that arrived leaking due to a broken seal. The parcel itself wasn’t damaged and sauce had leaked inside the bag. Customer support refused a refund or replacement because I didn’t select their optional shipping protection at checkout. Disappointing experience over a $12 item.

experience and review might be considered bias though I will attempt to remain subjective as much as possible.

I recently made a purchase and acquired some Creatine Monohydrate, and based on the direct questions I made to the sales person... "Is this a gimmick based on the claims?". And as a result, I decided to give it a go and make a purchase on the presumption upon perhaps a placebo noting that the product sold had higher absorption compared to other brands. The price difference was subject and decided to give it a try.

[Product/Service] These stores are franchises, and there are many of them around the country, each of them more or less the same and generally competitively priced while stocking specialised products that normally don't appear in supermarkets or chemists.

[Package] Though their specialty is supplementation and they also have a small product range in store and online for transparent, hot and cold shakers, thermal flask-type bottles that will meet any demands gym goers or those wanting something a little more versatile.

The downside is that they only specialise in these types of products, it would be interesting to see if they can also expand into other niche markets, a kind of one-stop shop, e.g. gym meals, personal coaching, gym equipment, loyalty programs both online and instore. Other things like price guarantees, if a customer sees a product in another non-elite supplements store and can beat the price upon an evidence-based approach...

For those wanting a specialised user experience, would enjoy the multitude of benefits if all of their needs can be served in one packaged or tailored service.

[Pros(+) vs Cons(-)]

Pros(+) - competitive pricing against the competition - quality products - customer service and knowledge on the products - pricing (subjective)

Cons(-) - limited range of supplementation products - limited range on the types of products that needs expansion into other markets as above mentioned. - pricing (subjective)

[Final Thoughts] At the end of the day, it is a business that provides gym and sports-related products where other than customer service, the knowledge behind each product gives you as the consumer, a level of confidence that should be expected. Though I would rate this higher, if they would expand their business modelling to include some of the other suggestions in this review.

email, which couldn't be used in store. Staff did apply a discount anyway but still more expensive than the price advertised online. You can click and collect at online price and collect in 2-3hrs if in stock at the online price. Wrote an email and the response is "Our pricing may differ between our online store and physical Elite Supplements stores due to stock availability, promotional activities, and shipping considerations" This was not a sale item, on promotion or shipped! No reasonable excuse, just deceitful.

receive it. When I contacted the enquiries email, the response was equally disappointing. The explaination was they can runout of the free items and put in a coupon in replacement. The two issues I have here are 1) there was no coupon in the box and 2) if there was, it probably means having to purchase more products to get any use out of it (read, more sales for them). When I replied that i didn't even receive a coupon, the reply was simply 'sorry again that this one missed the mark'. excuse me but what?

Again, while the bonus items are probably small in value, this company simply doesn't deliver what it offers and I feel the offer equates to a scam that they have a simplt out for not delivering, and that is sorry but they ran out of the product. Customer service at Elite doesn't offer service and isn't for the customer.

Good customer service in the Albury store. Pricing on the True Protein Bars has been inconsistent. First time I purchased them they were $5-, second time $5.75, third time $5.25, fourth time $5.99.
