Bondall Home Care
Work done properly and perfectly. They manage to do the job fast yet secure. The last contractor did it so messy so we need to find someone to do the job!

Hey, good news, I'm back again and I've just finished my latest little project with this great product. I think that each time I buy this varnish the… Read more
formula gets a little better. This time it seemed very forgiving, considering the many angles and panels involved, allowing adequate time to feather in each area before tacking. Three + day job but half of that was stripping, sanding and masking, four coats including prep coat, six hour recoat time. Used one full litre tin. Follow the instructions and apply thin coats if you want a good result. Unfortunately this time I didn't take any before photos which would show how much the depth and colour of the wood has changed with this varnish. It seems to penetrate the wood and fire up all the colour and grain. For me still the best value, best performing varnish that I have used. Good luck all and greetings from tropical Cairns.
Just ok – You will need double what's on label for sufficient coverage , will absolutely leave tyre marks if you drive on it. Easy enough to apply but over… Read more
priced for what it is has a uv resistance of about 6 months tops before it fades . Probably best pic from a bad bunch tbh ... if ya selling up looks fresh but don't expect longevity
Awesome lacquer, non yellowing, glass like appearance, – Monocell WATERBASED clear timber varnish is easy to use when the instructions are followed, expect to do 3-5 coats to get a glass like finish sanding… Read more
with 240grit between coats. I don't sand before applying the last coat. Waterbased lacquer is easier for non-pro painters to apply, more forgiving and is white in the tin drying clear. I use to use Intergrain Ultraclear interior before they discontinued the product, this is the only product in Bunnings I could find that will replace Ultraclear. As a side note, please take the time to understand the difference between waterbased Lacquer and Oil based Lacquer.
Did NOT do as claimed – The W.A. based company claim this thin water-based sealer, available from Bunnings, @ $19.95 for 2 litres, is 'ideal for sealing plant pots etc etc' … Read more
I followed the directions to the letter and found this product does NOT do as they claim and less than 12 months later I looked for an alternative sealer that actually works.
A Bondall Technical Adviser asked a lot of questions, and passed my request for a full refund 'on to her superior' – which was met with a wall of silence.
So I strongly advise other would-be purchasers to spend your money wisely – and elsewhere
Terrible – This product was expensive and ineffective. I assumed spending $14 on a shower cleaner would guarantee an effective product that would be safe to use… Read more
on my grout sealer (also Bondall). The instructions say to leave for 24 hours, having done that twice, it removed hardly any mold, and took up a heck of a lot of elbow work. I also thought this would be more natural than bleach but i think i'll get myself a bottle of oil of cloves instead. The nozzle also driped half of the product down the bottle and over my hands. Never again!
This product should never have been allowed on the shelves. NOTE that the first can cost me about $16, now Bunnings have reduced them to under $4 to… Read more
get rid of them. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Even if they were free I would not waste my time with this product.
Note that I've had the product replaced sever times and never had it work for more than a couple of seconds.
