and I’ve only ever had one broken one where a wing fell off but still perfectly useable! The trouble is that I can’t readily buy them where I live otherwise I’d be buying dozens more.
Great storage – Have been using these storage containers for years. Can use in microwave and freezer . My pantry is full of them. Turn upside down with liquid in and doesn’t leak . Worth buying

of the front lid could gradually give away after being used for a while. This attracts moths very quickly and they multiply quickly to infest the whole pantry. Do check if there is any leak from time to time. Once there is a sign of infestation, it means the seal has given off somewhere. In my view, the clips designed to maintain that grip for airtightness are to be redesigned.

(design) taking precedence over function (use). To engage the lid-locking mechanisms (blue wing), one pushes down. This breaks off the small (~1 mm) retaining lugs causing the wing to snap off; the lid is ‘un-lockable’. Water-proof seals are a major selling feature but require all 4 sides to be ‘locked/latched’ to be effective. It isn't sealed, nor is it waterproof! While the design concept is aesthetically pleasing, the 1 mm width lugs that retain the locking mechanism (‘Tritan’, i.e. PCT [poly cyclohexane-1, 4-demethyl terephthalate]) are insufficient to resist hand-applied torque – i.e. simply locking the lid. It is non-functional. Wider (thicker) lugs would be stronger, but do not offer the aesthetically pleasing minimalist design! Form over function!
