I recently bought the MacBook Air 15" (2023) for my daughter, and it’s honestly been a fantastic choice. She needed a reliable, fast, and lightweight… Read more

laptop for uni work, creative projects, and a bit of entertainment and this ticks all the boxes.

The larger screen is beautiful and sharp, and the performance with the M2 chip is super smooth. It’s powerful enough for everything she needs, from writing papers to light video editing. Battery life is great too she can go all day without needing a charge. Very happy with the gift she received.

This is a fantastic laptop, it's feather light and now has the capacity to display on two monitors. I wish Apple would manufacture screens to use with Apple because they are by far the best screens I have used.

(looked like it had been sat on). I don't understand why Apple's quality control has become so bad particularly for Australian customers. Have tried multiple Apple laptop models and continue to have the same problem (in past MacBook Pro M4). I have raised my concerns with Apple Retail Executive Relations team and they simply do not care.

nightmare to deal with. Long wait times, no real help and a repair requires the whole logic board to be removed. This risks further repairs in the future as wire, connectors etc can be damaged easily. I would stay far away from these devices.

New Macbook Pro but locked out for several days before I can use it – Apple does create a good computer with Macbook Pro but after paying $4,000 plus for a new Macbook I am caught in a surreal red tape loop that does… Read more

not allow me to actually use the computer. It requires my Apple ID password (and most annoyingly, Apple often refuses to accept the current password. And as I write new passwords down I know this is a flaw with Apple). It says I can change my password on my Iphone but when I go to do that it requires the password on my previous now dead computer. After several unsuccessful attempts Apple then advises I will have to wait several days to change my password and NOT to contact technical support as they will not be able to assist. After paying $4,000 I expect better. I know from previous Macbooks the product is good, the help at Genius bars is fantastic, but this division of Apple lets the whole company down and does not seem to recognise that consumers do not have several days to wait to be able to access a new computer.
