late and no phone call because apparently they had written the number down incorrectly even though I repeated it, the guy who came did the job but he was as boring as batshit with no customer service skills and hard to understand and didn't explain things clearly, barely spoke two words unless I spoke to him first, didn't advise what he was doing or when he was doing it, disappeared for ages and I had no idea where he went only to discover he was in the van outside cutting keys, might have been nice if he had told me where he went, I chose this company based on all of the positive feedback but can't say I was happy with the service.

having to stall the engine, unable to turn it off the normal way. Marion Locksmith mobile service was able to come out midday the next day. A call in advance to arrange a mutual meeting time that day and a quotation given and excepted. Job was done within 90 minutes. Ignition switch works better than original. Marion Locksmith had previously changed the front and rear door and screen locks of my residence to a common key. Made life so much more convenient. Again, on time, competitive quote, job done, no fuss.

They custom manufacture and install their own products using high quality materials and are competitively priced. I was not in a hurry for these products and understand they are a small company that do quality work so you might have to wait a bit but they are well worth waiting for. They exceeded my expectations and I'd have no hesitation recommending them.

they say one thing on the phone and then charge you something completely different when they come in. In our case, he damaged the lock when he opened the door and then charged me another $200 on top to fix it. He then tried to charge extra for GST even though the website is GST inclusive. I stood my ground and told him to jam his GST up his butt. When i contacted them about the damage to the lock they ignored me, even though on their website it says if they damage it then they fix it free of charge. Cost me $800.00 in total. Disgraceful

because he now has to use a 'more power' tool. He can see we were desperate and took advantage of the situation. When I ask him to repeat the price, he said, he can negotiate with his manager but that's the best price he can offer. I ask him kindly to leave and thank him for his service. And he charged me $100 plus credit card fee which includes the call out fee, plus the 10mins he's here.

We're women, he thinks he can scam us for more money.

After he left, I was able to force the handle out and twist the core to free the trapped person in there.

even two months in to handing over our house by Burbank. Tenants were having issues locking the house secure and when we informed them about the issue they were emailing us back and forth telling us it could be the battery or not locking it correctly or Installation issue and such. They finally agreed to send us another lock but not organising installation. Now I have to spent more money to install the lock after spending top dollar to have it put on my house.

However, I recently enquired about a simple zip repair and it was as though he just couldn't be bothered to do it. He made excuses and was reluctant to even give a price, which when he eventually did seemed much too high.

Mister Minit at Elizabeth City Centre had me sorted for less than half the price, and they were done before I could even finish my coffee at the nearby cafe! I will be visiting them for all my future needs.
