few days and even sometimes less. Usually it dries up the pimple then it almost just falls off.
Just be weary that it is very concentrated so only a small amount (and I mean like a drop or two on a q-tip) is necessary.
Be safe!
Really helpful for healing certain acne – This has really worked for me to help most acne breakouts to heal. It allows inflamed acne slowly shrink and heal, and helpfully for some small- to… Read more
medium-sized acne to come to a head (to form a little pustule) before healing. I apply it after using a good cleanser twice daily that helps the acne to shrink through removing debris and dead skin etc. And I would moisturise the skin after cleanser before using this antiseptic cream because when the acne starts to shrink, some old skin starts to dry and flake off to reveal new skin (which means the cream is working!).
Keep consistently using it for a few days to a week or so and you should start to see results/get some relief from the inflammation. It is less concentrated than the Thursday plantation acne ointment, which can be too strong/irritating for some inflamed acne types, so I find this can be just the right strength for normal acne.
If you follow the steps above (including the cleanser step), the good thing is you should be less prone to scarring or other marks left behind (if you don’t pick at it, just let the cleanser/antiseptic cream and your body do the job - unfortunately it just takes time). Or the marks/pigmentation should be less visible and should keep healing in the long term.
I have used it for healing other minor wounds and skin issues, which has been helpful too. Obviously not suitable or hasn’t worked in all situation but worth testing out.
Hope this helps other acne sufferers, like myself (who still suffers from annoying adult acne)! I have found cosrx centella blemish cream helpful for many acne too - particularly helpful for acne chin / under mouth area and really good for those larger ones in that area. Usually heals with little if any marks if used consistently! Sudocreme has helped for those stubborn cystic acne or just general acne (it is quite fast acting, you can feel it). Hope these options help you!
