a big step down.

It's slightly larger, so doesn't fit so well in a shirt pocket.

The software didn't offer much by way of language options for texting, and the texting set up was more confused. Calls would often go straight to message bank, without activating the ring tone at all.

The worst part of this phone, however, was that every time I dropped it, it would break apart, except for the last time where the screen simply went 3/4 blank so that now I can't really use the thing for much more than receiving calls.

Note to manufacturers: Pensioner phones should be built tough. They don't need to be bricks, but they have to be drop resistant to some degree.

Email sync is very slow, nothing is instant especially when everything requires multifactor authentication now, emails come through half an an hour later When sending emails, emails sit in outbox for a day before it sends, not sure why one email is queued for so long Everything else seems to work ok but very slow to load apps

just waiting for it to die... I imagine that won't take long. Do yourself a favour and avoid this phone like the plague.
