how incredibly natural the results are. I have a light skin tone, blonde hair and blue eyes and purchased the 2 HR Medium express mousse, the gradual tan in medium and the Loving Tan face in medium. I also purchased the applicator mitt and tan removing & skin polishing glove. The glove has two different textured sides and is excellent quality. I use this glove to remove my tan completely every ten days and I rinse both mitts every time I use them. Good preparation is key and this includes exfoliating first and then applying moisturiser all over, including your hands, feet and knees and allowing this to dry before using Loving Tan. I continue to moisturise every night whilst tanning. Further tips include, using soft sweeping strokes to apply the tan, and tanning your knees, elbows, feet and hands after working on the main areas of your body. This removes the bulk of the solution on the mitt. Another good tip is to apply a small amount of mousse to a makeup brush and gently apply this to your face using a circular motion, achieving a youthful, almost air brushed result. Do not wait the normal 8 hours to wash this off your face, as the results may be too dark for some skin tones. Foam makeup applicators are useful also and you can also contour your cheeks using the brush technique. I use the mousse first on my body and then after a few days apply the gradual tan. I always wash the tan off after my first initial application (6 - 8 hours )and this seals the colour and adds to the longevity of the product. My tan lasts 7 - 10 days and contributing factors to this include not having super hot or long showers. I find the Bondi Sands body wash and moisturiser also help. Loving Tan is expensive, however the tan lasts making my purchase economical. To save money you could eliminate the face tan and use either of the other two products instead. Loving Tan is organic, natural in colour, dries quickly, is easy to apply and does not smell. The results are flawless and I get so many compliments from people who think I am naturally tanned. It is worth spending the money on this quality tanning product.
