under Loreal in a very good price, but then when I received the products (particularly the eyeshadow from Prada) I realise it's different compared to its description...For instance there's no 'Refill' mentioning in the description so that I thought (not only me, a lot of ppl sharing their thoughts on social media said never ever seen refill size) the kind of being scammed...Contacting them while after they heard it's requesting refund and return, no response at all. I followed up 2 emails saying that I can also accept they sending the seperate cases to me as Australia does not offer a seperate Prada Eyeshadow Cases at their stores. I'm shocked that they just ignored all the emails and I was thinking it's kind of meaning consumers do not have any rights then?
