Features are good for the price. What is unacceptable is the lifespan of the product and the after sales service which didn't last the warranty period. Samsung acknowledged it was a faulty watch but refused to replace the product because there was no official replacement stock - even though there were watches available in the actual store. They then used pressuring language for me to take a refund quickly or they would not honour the warranty at all (it was really quite rude). I took the refund and bought a Garmin - they last forever and are much better sport watches.

malfuinction. the GPS was show me the wrong distances.

when I went to service/repair chats, they asked me number of questions and asked me to reset the watch. asked me to update the apps of the wach, and asked me that whether I have evidence to show that it malfunctions. none of them resoved my issue.

finally when I walked to a service center after booking a service They wanted a payment to check the watch saying it too long after purchase.

NEVER BUY SAMSUNG WATCHES as they can malfuntion after about two years.(specially if you need to track you runs)

This happened to me with my Samsung Galaxy watch as well. the Heart rate sensor was malfuntioning after about two years.

expecting a reliable smartwatch with useful health-monitoring features. Instead, the experience has been extremely disappointing, both in relation to the product and Samsung's handling of my complaint.

The watch will not pair successfully with my Australian OPPO Reno13 F 5G, despite extensive troubleshooting. The phone detects the watch, the pairing code matches, and the process progresses through the initial prompts, only to fail with an “Unable to connect” message.

Before proceeding, I relied on compatibility information available online indicating that the watch could work with compatible OPPO Android phones. The reality has been very different. Samsung also restricts certain health features to its own Galaxy phones, making clear and prominent information about compatibility and feature limitations essential before purchase.

The customer service has been particularly poor. I have contacted Samsung through multiple support channels, sought escalation and followed the advice provided, yet no one has delivered a working solution. A technical support callback that was arranged did not eventuate, and during a subsequent Live Chat interaction I was abruptly cut off. Rather than receiving meaningful assistance, I have been left repeating the problem, pursuing different channels and trying to work out the technical issues myself.

This is not an acceptable customer support experience. Referring a customer from one channel to another, failing to follow through on an arranged callback and abruptly ending a support conversation do not constitute resolution. I have spent considerable time and energy seeking help, with nothing tangible to show for it.

As a self-funded retiree and sole carer, I have limited time and energy for this endless cycle. The watch was obtained for practical health-monitoring purposes, and I need it operational as soon as possible.

I am seeking an urgent, meaningful resolution, not another generic troubleshooting response. Samsung needs to investigate the specific pairing failure affecting my watch and phone, acknowledge the shortcomings in the support I have received, and provide a practical way forward without further unnecessary delay.

Given the circumstances, I am also asking Samsung to consider a goodwill gesture by providing a compatible Samsung Galaxy phone as soon as possible, enabling me to use the watch and access the features available within the Samsung ecosystem. This would be a constructive way to address the considerable inconvenience and help restore my confidence in the brand.

If Samsung cannot resolve the pairing problem promptly, I expect a clear alternative remedy rather than being left with a watch I cannot use as intended.

I am willing to engage constructively in mediation, but I expect an individual response that addresses the actual technical problem, acknowledges the unsatisfactory customer service and offers a timely, practical outcome. After the time already spent trying to obtain assistance, another generic response or referral to a phone number would be unacceptable.

as often as I can. I must admit this was my first smart watch as I wanted something I could read easily which I can and the battery life is brilliant. I don't use all the functions that you can with it, but it is good enough for me the way I have it set up. You do need a Samsung device to use it and the apps that you need to use to keep everything working properly.

Love the bigger screen and new faces. Bixby is difficult to use, she keep on cutting messages short- speech to text- for text messages. received invoice for $150 before watch would be repaired!! This is not the advice provided by samsung reps. You might want to think twice before buying a Samsung watch as the bezel is an integral part of the watch.
