Probably the best in this price class – Nice small and minimalistic design. Absolutely blown away by the quality of the sound for headphones in this price class. Performs better than some more expensive ones. Not noise cancelling. But other than, extremely satisfied with this product! Show details

Volume is good, frequency response is good, and they don't dislodge when running. All good things that others struggle to do simultaneously.

Reliable – I just purchased these to replace my horrible Bose QC buds. I have had a loan of a friend's Jabra earbuds for a few months last year, and was really impressed, so I was happy to buy my own. Hopefully these will be as reliable as the loaners were. Show details

constant control issues and 50% success with getting sound from both earbuds when taken from case has exceeded what I'm prepared to put up with. If I spend hundreds of dollars, I want a product that works as expected at least 80% of the time. Jabra - you're out, gone, never again. I'd rather buy corded earbuds.

Service were average in their response. They don’t have anything similar but they tried sending sub-standard replacements. No refund was offered only a voucher to buy more Jabra products, even though they don’t have anything similar. Not a great experience for a loyal customer.

my Jabra EarPods. Not only are they an attractive champagne-gold colour, but they have FAR better functionality than the comparable Apple ones, at a fraction of the price, asking with superior comfort and really good sound. Extremely happy with my purchase, and if I can get more of these refurbished Jabra models at that price, I’ll be replacing the expensive Apple models my kids have with Jabras.

Good while they last – 2 stars only because they were good while they lasted. The negative speaker wire that runs to the circuit board just fell off due to either poor design or workmanship. Many others have the same issue, won't be buying a Jabra again.

I'm fussy about sound quality and these headphones are perfect – Don't know about you but I tend to research the dickens out of major purchases, and headphones were a major purchase decision for me. I've got a… Read more
cupboard full of audio stuff I don't use, shouldn't have bought, don't match expectations, don't fit, don't suit, and so on. Bose. Sony. .......... the list goes on. But we're talking headphones not apartments, so let me be brief. Negative comments I read in at least ten websites agreed the sound quality of the Jabra's was great to superb. Listening to music is a sheer joy. Bass. Mid Range. Treble. Couldn't better them. But a huge positive for me was microphone quality for phone calls. I receive and make a lot wearing headphones. The Jabra 85H has a series of microphones which pick up (your) voice quality with such precision as to be uncanny. And the mobile phone app that comes with Jabra sound equipment is effortless to use and controls everything you want such as Noise Cancelation (which is superb) and much more. Downside / negative? These headphones are not tiny. The main negative cited by people is how big the headphones can look when on. You know what? I also have a pair pf Jabra earphones, the latest model, and the 85H are head and shoulders better on sound quality. For looks? I don't care that the headphones are not sleek and wire thin. They look good on me, the padding is exceptionally comfortable, I can wear them for hours, and the sound is stunningly good. Oh, finally, the after sales service deserves a gold medal. Customer Service Staff are US based, and courteous and knowledgeable and helpful beyond compare. Think I'm kidding? Try me.

properly fit my ear and I feel like I constantly have to adjust it. It wss the same issue with the 85t when I had those. However, the sound quality on the 10s are amazing, I can even hear smallest of details in the songs that I had never noticed before. Overall, these are good headphones but with a bad fit which just makes it less appealing for me.

would not help as didn’t retain paper copy of the receipt. Not sure what the point is of having an app and registering the product if there is no support when the device stops working. I won’t by from this brand in future which is very disappointing as I’ve always owned Jabras

no backround noise, though I do work from home and not in a busy office. They are comfortable to wear and no risk of falling out. I wear them for eight hours a day and when I take a break I put them in the charging case. I do like how you can use one bud while charging the other if need be. The ANC is non existant and hear through again is non existant. The seal is sufficiant to block external noise but I would like to be able to have hear through sometimes. The case is great and the magnets mean that the buds are so easy to rest back into the case instead of fidling around to find the charging pins like on my T65's and usb c charging and wireless charging is a bonus. As for music it is excellent. With the right silicon tips the bass is great with excellent mids and high range.
Summing up if ANC is a deal breaker then avoid these otherwise I would recommend them. They are a great alternative to over the ear headphones which can sometimes slip and slide around and can cause pressure on your ears after prolonged use.

$250 Sony MDR-CD780 wired headphones purchased 20 years ago. However, 3 months out of warranty the Jabra microphone failed and shortly after the Active Noise Cancellation failed. When ANC is turned on I hear an unbearable harsh scratching and thumping noise, how ironinc ANC is creating noise! So these Jabra headphones are only good for listening to music in a quiet environment. Mobile calls and video calls are back on speakers...very disappointed Jabra! Pathetic durability considering the RRP price to replace these is $600. In contrast, my Sony MDR-CD780 is still going strong after regular use since 2004. Never again Jabra.

It's not comfortable in or on the ear (my plantronics 50 was super comfy i use to forget i was wearing it). The clip on earhook constantly falls off. When i set it up on my phone it played music, once! Sound is rubbish, i can hardly hear who I'm talking too regardless of volume level and when I'm talking there is loads of feedback. The earpiece consistently turns itself off without warning. The call/answer button doesn't respond most times. It is the worst earpiece ever.☹☹ I wish I'd bought more than 1 of the plantronics 50. Best earpiece ever and it's been discontinued, go figure ???
