purpose, I needed to get a full description of the illness (for a simple blocked and infected gland), and when I did email in a full medical certificate, I heard nothing back. Ten days later I phoned them to see what the progress was, and the "customer care" man told me it had been received but had not been triaged properly as there was so much information on it! The next day, I receive another email from them telling me that they have not heard back from me. I What a joke ! I pay $1200 a year in premiums and still get treated like I am trying to defraud them of $127.00. My dog is now too old to be accepted by other insurers, and I have thought about stopping this cover, but after paying over $7000 in premiums over the years, I feel I should continue incase she has a serious senior illness sometime in the future. (note that Comprehensive Insurance does not cover dental)

message within 24-36 hours advising the claim number and, more often than not, payment has been in my bank account within a week. This policy was a good choice and it is still good value.

If your dog gets older than 9 they price you out so you leave – I originally took out this insurance 11 years ago everything was included.......80% refund...excellent service..$500 annually..now they sent me a renewal for $2100 annually with many exclusions added during the years. service has gotten worse....and guess what they offered accident insurance....yeah great...she’s a boxer and lounges most of the day on the lounge....am putting my money in the bank for when my babe needs it.
