They have currently paid out $15,000 to support his treatment plan . The communication is so easy through the chat option in the app too. My husband always says to me they are hands down the best insurance company we have ever dealt with

We had an excellent experience with our pet insurance provider during a very difficult time when our dog required major surgery for a mesenteric twist and associated gastric issues. Our pup needed a CT scan and having Fetch allowed us to get it done without the stress. The app makes it very easy to handle claims and to check what’s covered and get advise on. Our little fur baby got into a scuffle with a bigger dog after taking him to the vet he had sustained a few small punctures and a bit of bruising. We submitted our claim on Friday afternoon, answered a couple of additional questions on Saturday and the claim is back in our bank account this morning, super super quick and easy. I honestly cannot recommend Fetch highly enough. They were absolutely incredible throughout Coco’s emergency journey and continued to be so helpful even afterwards. might have been sending some words or sentences that were still from a script, but they feel like a human being team who cares about my pet and me.

I’m a new member and I’m already very happy choosing Fetch for my third cat. Fetch has the option to skip the waiting period, and after uploading some required pics and vids, we just skipped the waiting period for the cat, before the policy even started! I’m in the process of transferring my other cat to Fetch from another company that just belongs to a huge “umbrella insurance company.”

The only thing is that Fetch doesn’t start new policies for pets over 10 years of age, and I’ll have to leave my 16-year-old happy and still healthy cat with another company for now.

My dog just came home after a $10 000 procedure and treatment. Fetch were there to help every step of the way and my payment was in my bank account before we even got in the car to go home. Show reply

Everything was completely sorted.

The whole process was incredibly quick and easy, with no chasing people up or waiting around wondering what was happening. When you’re dealing with a pet that needs veterinary treatment, the last thing you want is extra stress over insurance.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Fetch and their claims process and would happily recommend them. Excellent service.

I reckon that’s a proper five-star review — especially considering you didn’t even have to pay the whole vet bill upfront and then wait to be reimbursed. That’s the bit pet insurance companies should make easy.
