HORROR STORY – Please DO NOT use this company. I trusted them with my precious car to take from Victoria to Qld. I was told my car would arrive on the Monday. When I hadn't heard I rang their office and for the next 3 days they lied & lied & lied. On the Thursday they admitted they didn't know where my car was. on me. They finally found it, when it arrived it was filthy. Someone had been in & out it several times with mud all other their boots. They had kicked the door, dragged their muddy feet over the sill & the foot well was a mess. Not to mention the mud splatter from the wheels. They couldn't careless. NO apology for the car being late by 4 days. NO apology for the condition they delivered the car in. The manager was again abusive & hung up on me. They advertise in there telephone on hold message that their are a lot of cowboys around, well they wouldn't even rate as cowboys!!!!
Don't go near this company! – Transported my daughter's car from Melbourne to Gold Coast & delivered it damaged. Admitted fault with promises to fix but now months down the track with no repair & no one will return a call. BTW, driver delivered the car by leaving it on the road, keys in, engine running & left while she was walking to meet him - no handover or checking that she was the owner. would have given 0 stars if I could. Friendly staff & a great price – My Brother & I used them in August of 2022 in regards to transporting my Brother’s very iconic ironic ex Police car back to his humble abode which they did very well so Top Marks :)

what's actually involved in car transport, and understood that a basic level of flexibility is necessary. For instance, I was expecting a car delivered on a Monday, but had a call at 11.30 on that day telling me that there wasn't going to be a driver available to deliver it until first thing tuesday morning. That's just basic reality and I'm not about to gripe.
I expect the negative reviews are pretty out-dated and having used other companies (both cheaper and more expensive) pretty regularly, where I can, I will be using this crowd in the future.
Excellent service! – I needed a classic Citroën DS with hydropneumatic (read: awkward to transport) suspension to be moved from Melbourne to Brisbane. was collected the next day and arrived only a few days later in excellent condition. I did not have tracking information, but an estimated arrival date was all I required and that was accurate. Highly recommended!
Zero Rating – My brand new car arrived in a state i believed to be not good enough. Sent emails and photos and was contacted straight away. Was abused on the phone and then hung up on by the boss. Not how you treat paying customers. Just not good enough. Zero Stars Show details

me that my car would not arrive on the agreed date, I was the one who called to ask and they always told me that they would call the driver to find out when he was coming and that they would call me back , which they never did. The last times I called to ask for an explanation, the person who attended me were very rude, they did not give me any explanation and they cut me off. In conclusion, they provide a terrible service both in the transport of the vehicle and in customer service and communication, I honestly do not recommend it to anyone, it is a lack of respect for the customer.

it didn’t arrive again was told that “ I clearly didn’t understand the process” (which was not communicated to me at all). Then to my disgust I was hung up on after the man on the phone started to raise his voice and i told him to relax. Avoid at all cost if you want your vehicle to arrive on time and not damaged. I should have checked their other google reviews as they all say the same thing- poor communication and damage to their vehicles. I honestly cannot believe the unprofessional people within this company. To top it off after he hung up on me he sent me this email...... I cannot believe people would speak to a paying client like this. And to note- I did tell the person on the phone it was a race car they obviously didn't communicate this when booking, I also said it was very low, AND on your website you literally have a picture of two men in front of a RACE CAR STATING you are a specialist in this.... Do Not Use This Company – Worst company I’ve ever dealt with !! The management and staff are beyond incompetent and incapable of organising a job missed 3 pick up dates and made a booking on a public holiday when they are closed. Do not reccommend – So sketchy. Car was picked up and I was told it would be arriving in Syd from Melbourne in 2 weeks. The day of delivery I called to get an ETA. another 2 weeks. I asked where it was saying I'd get a friend to pick it up. Wouldn't give me an address and I later found out it was half way to Geelong and I only got a call back after I requested a quote on their website. Was told to pay $200 to have it released and had to draft a letter of authority to have another company collect it and mention getting the police involved. When I finally got it back the speedo had been reset to 0 and it was covered in grass clippings and a few chips. So, so unimpressed.
Appauling customer service- almost carbon copy of Marisa's experience April 16 – Customer service requires communication, when there are delays I would expect to be informed, when I ask to be kept informed, it was if I was at fault! My car arrived six days late, if I didnt constanly chase up I would have had no clue when it was actually arriving. If zero stars was an option, these guys would get it! – Purchased a car in Melbourne so we booked and paid the deposit for transport on 14/4/21 to have the car picked up on 16/4/21 so to give enough time for the funds to clear into the sellers account. funds not being cleared and said that [Name Removed] the truck driver was quite pushy and rude. I then called the transport company to tell them to leave the property and to leave the pick up as the 16/4/21 as I had originally booked.
[Name Removed] then went back to the property the next day 15/4/21 to try and pick the car up which again was with no notice. His reason was they had a truck to fill that was heading to QLD and our car was the last to fill the spot. I told [Name Removed] that funds had not cleared and that pick up was to be tomorrow 16/4/21 as planned. He again became quite pushy towards the owners daughter about getting the car. I then spoke to [Name Removed] over the phone and said to please leave it until tomorrow like I had organized and he said he didn't really want to because he wasn't planning on working tomorrow 16/4/21 due to it being his 5 year anniversary. He also sent a message saying to contact him the next morning and he will pick the car up. I called the transport company again and told them the situation to which I was told, [Name Removed] will be working on the 16/4/21 and that my car will be picked up on Friday as I had originally planned and to call first thing in the morning.
16/4/21 I call the transport company to confirm a time for the car to be picked up and the admin lady said someone will call me back... no one calls me back. I also sent a message to [Name Removed] to advise the car is ready to be picked up to which he responds with he will pick up on Sunday18/4/21 now because there is no work for them today. I call the office again to which I am now told the service I have paid for they won't deliver on. The guy in the office was an absolute joke and wouldn't take any responsibility for his 'teams' actions and the fact that I had been told by two people the car would be collected today. He hung the phone up on me three times when I challenged him on their lack of service and professionalism.
I ended up cancelling my booking with them as a company like that with people like that, don't deserve my business and no one deserves to be spoken to and treated the way they have treated myself and the lady selling the car.

was there to pick up the phone so my friend had to wait around all day for a phone call from someone. No pick up address was given, no drivers contact number was given and no directions of what to do on the day was given. As the babysitter, I ended up having to sit around until 1am with them in the chance someone would call. My friend was ready to go get her car at anytime on that Friday. No call was given on the Friday and the office was closed for over the long weekend when they tried calling the next few days. They then got a call back on the Tuesday for delivery. When my friend spoke to the owner no apology of this inconvenience was given. Instead he said that they should have expected it and the car arrived at 11pm so they didn't call them on the Friday. When asked to speak to the lady who told my friend the delivery would be on Friday the man said he was the owner and asked what they would like him to do. My friend asked for a discount and he declined. (What else can you do?) The issue is the company, owner or not, had promised that they could pick up on Friday and did not bother to call when it was. When the issue was risen to the owner no apology was given. Inside the car also had various valuables needed for that long weekend. All in all, this has created an inconvenience to my friend and therefore to me. Adding stress to a young couple with a baby that's only a few months old and not even apologizing is in my opinion bad service. So I guess you pay for what you get. Cheap price for cheap service.

Great service, Mel to GC in just a week – I used their service to ship two of my cars from melbourne to gold coast. took about 4 days to get there, kept the cars in the depot for a couple of days cause I was still in melbourne and delivered the cars in perfect condition the day I arrived in gold coast. They did what they said they would – The automatic online quote system was amazingly simple to use. And received my quote by email within 24 hours, included was a phone number to make the booking. of the vehicle had done so. I expected it to be delivered within 1 and half weeks. It left on Monday and arrived Friday. I received a call to pay the owing amount just as instructed on the email, then the vehicle was delivered some time after that. There wasn't any tracking or notification of what was going on, because they didn't say they would. I paid for it to get here, and it did less then a week. Very impressed.
Could improve with notifications of pick up and 24 hours notice of delivery, rather then on the delivery day.
Price is as expected.

Worst customer service ever and delay on delivery. Horrible, dodgy, avoid it! – I’ve used their service to move a Toyota Hiace from Sydney to the Gold Coast - Simple and straight forward move. Luckily the seller was an honest and cautious guy who took a picture of the drivers license. 2 days after the delivery due date past and no news about it, so i emailed and [name removed] replied saying it was going to take another 2 days... still nothing by then. Emailed again and she repasses it to another department saying i had emailed “accounts”. Later I got a call from the driver saying the van was already in Brisbane and ready for deliver in the morning...nothing again. Rang him Next day about 11am and he said he was done for the day and [name removed] (the boss) would get in touch to rearrange it. Another day goes and nothing. Finally got a call saying it was gonna be delivered at certain time so i made Sure to be home to avoid any more issues, couple of hours past the delivery time and i finally got it delivered by a 4x4 and a trailer. There was a single mattress at the back of the van! Which means someone has slept in it. It only makes me think someone drove it up or pulled it with a trailer and used it as a room. If it was to be like that i would’ve done it myself. Horrible experience, dodgy as, unreliable, no customer service at all
