Couldn't Pick Up Parcel and Bad Customer Service
Sold something on ebay and thought i would give Sendle a go rather than Aus Post.
Arranged pick up for a Thursday, had parcel by my front door from 8-6 and was never collected. Had a notification to say pickup was delayed and they would pickup on Friday, yet system said that i didn't have my parcel out so driver missed it so now had to reschedule for Monday which is not god enough.
I emailed Sendle as i couldn't call them and they said driver couldn't find parcel, i brought the parcel in after 6:00PM as that was outside delivery window and ...i didnt want to leave the parcel out at night, i was home all day so if the driver arrived after 6:00PM and couldn't find the parcel he/she could have rang the door bell. Sendle wouldn't re arrange pickup for Friday and said could only be picked up on Monday which is not god enough so i cancelled the order and will now deliver through Aus Post instead and i will never use Sendle again.
I'm am the receiver, paid extra for registered mail to make sure the parcel needed to be signed for.
Well parcel never arrived, was notified that the large parcel approx 60 cm x 50 cm x 25 cm was on board for delivery, received an email saying my parcel had been delivered at 12.38 pm. Guess what no parcel no contact and no signature. Contacted Sendle via online service, told don't worry some drivers pre mark parcels as delivered early and parcel will arrive later that day.
Next day, well still no parcel. Try to contact Sendle but no contact nu...

Very happy with the product. Delivered within 3 days of ordering them. Have fitted them to my clubs and using them already. Very satisfied. Making mt clubs look new and fresh, Vert happy with the delivery. Driver followed instructions to the letter.
late pick up parcels
They never pick up parcels in time, delivery always late, no customer service, no phone, only email, which they answered always late, up to 7 days. Bad, terrible customer service.
Very quick delivery and arrived early which was great.Very happy with my purchase and wasnt damaged.

Got my bags deliver. That's about all that was good
Ordered collection for a Wednesday, it came and went with a email 10minutes before final pick up time that they would come tomorrow...
Luckily I had the collection from work where its manned all day. Thursday came and went and nothing. This time not email either. Friday afternoon I emailed them and noticed the refund if its not collected in 2 days so asked about it and they issued a refund and said they would chase up the delivery team.
I left that weekend leaving my bags and hoping it would get collected ok.

Simply the worst.
Our tracking shows that our package was out for delivery 6 days ago.
Yesterday it became "Unable to deliver"
Our customers can find us using the information we gave, and we were open until 6:30. The only conclusion I can reach is that delivery was not attempted.
We were going to use Sendle for our online shop opening in days, we wouldn't touch it now.
This delivery was spot on.
I received my package the next day, so how good is that. It was well packaged and am extremely pleased with outcome, thank you. Will definitely use the supplier again.
I completed the online form putting my exact measurements and weight. I paid the fee that was generated . To my disgust a week later Sandle then sent me another invoice for an adjustment fee which was more than the original fee. Sendle didn't even contact me they took the money out of my credit card and haven't contacted me since, never answering my emails. My other parcel was never collected. Sendle are impossible to contact and their online so called tool box for help no way user friendly.

More expensive than Auspost
Giving Sendle a 2nd chance only to find eBay label is $1.30 more expensive than Auspost option, despite their advertised claims of being cheaper AND a supposed 'discount' for using them on eBay.
Sure, it's 'only' a dollar thirty, but it's the lies that chaff me.
Never heard of this courier service before so it was a pleasant surprise to find out the delivery was shorter than I anticipted and upon arrival the driver was very curteous. Tracking was also available.
usually excellent except when they use Fastway Couriers and then they don't care!
I have been a premium customer of Sendle's since its launch many years ago. They (sendle) use 2 contractors for their pick ups....Couriers Please that for me always provides excellent service and Fastway Couriers, that always always perform terribly and if they can't be bothered picking up a small job will (on several occasions) lie stating "futile attempt" to pick up parcels, when I always have pictorial proof the parcels are there waiting. Non-pickup is a regular occurrence with Sendle.
I used to love Sendle, they were reliable and fast. As of late they constantly neglected to pick-up my items. It happened so many times I gave up and regrettably went back to Australia Post.

I just like to say I'm really impressed with how fast sendle delivers your packages.
A couple of days ago one of my parcels went missing as they sometimes do when it comes to post and delivery but they were straight onto it and so pleasant to deal with.
My new package arrived under 24 hours I couldn't be happier thank you xx
Bought a product sent by sendle and it has been a nightmare! Handed to a third party for delivery over 6 days ago and i cant get any updates! Parcel only came from 30kms away.

Could I use Sendle to courier artworks interstate?
I do not really know, best to get on to Sendle and ask them, I am sure they will be able to tell you.
