We love this company and think their service is great but with one exception... Whenever we've ordered any of their raw nuts, we have consistently been disappointed over the years because each time they have been rancid! nuts even had mould in the center which means they are old and rancid and shouldn't be eaten as they are carcinogenic!

The only exception has been their raw Almonds which are OK, probably because they are Australian grown, not imported from overseas.

Also, on one occasion, we ordered their "Sesame Slice" for Christmas and discovered to our horror that there were moths... their webs could be seen in the packet which we'd ordered only two weeks before!

So now on, we still order from this company and encourage others to do the same as we think their service is great, but just don't order their nuts!!!

Ordered apricots (Australian) waited months to finally be sent the wrong ones. Not what we ordered. Brett said they were out of stock & would send when they arrived. I have made many calls & sent many text messages over 6 months before finally getting them in November. But unfortunately we only received 1 of the 3 bags ordered. It’s now late… Read more

to arrive. This is perfectly understandable as there have been many changes in the postal system in general and the small fee of $4.95 is an absolute bargain. Get yourself organized and order before you run out and then this wouldn't be an issue.

apology and commitment to expedite the order. They also explained the problems they had with delivery of service from a courier they had partnered with. I feel reasonably happy with the service received and the product seems to be of good quality. The price is excellent!

emailed the store to let them know and that it isn't a problem, they replied back in an hour or so with solutions to correct the mistake. Everything was fixed.

I gave everything I ordered a sample and everything looked and tasted fresh.

I will be placing an order with them again, I would have to say my overall experience with my first order was excellent, the mistakes were very minor.

weeks ago and then emailed them a week later to confirm if the order had been dispatched but no response back from them. I then tried to call but the message of ‘call failed’ kept coming up so I couldn’t contact them that way so tried their website email contact and got a response back from that saying they would look into it and send ASAP! A week later and still heard nothing from them so I send another email enquiring about my order status and yep … no response! Some communication would certainly help them and the customer. If they are going to take a while to process orders then make that clear on their website so the customer knows and can make that decision to wait or go somewhere else to purchase. I am very disappointed and don’t want to go down the PayPal dispute route but I just might be forced to. Really, I just want the products that I ordered, surely that shouldn’t be too much to ask.

Company has gone down hill. I placed an order 12 days ago, I’ve sent 3 emails, called several times (no answer). Once I get my order or refund I will absolutely NPT purchase again from 2brothers. Sh*t service!!!! Really mad.

he replied to my email saying 'Im very sorry my staff were holding the order for the choc peanuts to arrive They will be with us tomorrow and we will despatch the order'. Now they wont reply to my emails on an update or answer the phone. I have left 2 voice messages on 2 separate days. My messages aren't answered. It's FRUSTRATING! So i payed 2 weeks ago and still dont know what's happening on this order.

good stuff to say. Recently products have not been sent with the order due to being out of stock (but still appear in stock online). The courier time has always been terrible, but recently Aus Post delivers reasonably quickly from the org - so would recommend selecting that. Refunds are now super slow and sometimes require multiple emails. Would recommend paying via PayPal to support refund process. When you do get your order the produce is good 99% of the time.

Product not received. Poor Communication – I placed an order a month ago from Two Brothers which I DID NOT RECEIVE. I Have tried multiple times to speak with the proprietor but they will not return my calls. Answers to emails are unhelpful. At no point have they tried to help resolve the problem, which is that I did not receive my order. Tracking information shows that it was sent to a different state. These people have no respect and do not deserve to be in business. Avoid them

Expired flour sent not just once but twice! – Order made 2 years ago, brilliant italian flour sent to me from their warehouse in Perth, 1 year ago I received an expired flour, asked for refund. Refund received. 3 weeks ago ordered flour, received EXPIRED flour once again. On 18/12/2023 sent an email to ask for refund. Seriously thinking they must be kidding me.

Ups and downs – Generally decent quality and reasonable prices. They also offer a compostable plastic packaging option which is still far too rare in Australia. They previously had issues with couriers please failing to deliver, and lying to customers, which some customers have blamed on 2 brothers. I have used 2 brothers for about 15 years now, in WA, and now in Vic, and every single order has arrived.

Love it in this time of economic crisis – I have made several orders with 2 Brothers now. I have never been disappointed in the quality and their range is extensive. Australia post is good for lighter orders, but if yr order is heavy then Australia post can be expensive. Their private courier of choice unfortunately is shocking in price, I do wish they'd change to SENDLE. How ever I order all my spices and herbs from them and save a good 50% compared to the big two common supermarkets.

Very disappointing. Zero communication. Very slow – I placed an order on Nov 29, it stalled until I sent a follow up email, which brought no reply, but the order was shipped on December 6, the estimated delivery is December 26!!!!!!!!!!!!! The website does not warn of delays in picking and shipping orders. It does not warn that shipping can be delayed. The order was ingredients for Christmas cooking. these guys need to communicate a lot better.

The best I have found – The food is the best, whether nuts or powders. The prices are the best. The freight at $3.50 is unbelievable. One on one service is excellent. I needed to alter and order. I had an email reply within a few minutes and the solution was simple. Just be careful :) sometimes you have to buy a bit bulk. The price does not hurt, but you very easily end up with a lot of food. :)

Do not use this company, ordered 5kgs of almonds, sent me an email to say my order has been sent, never received it – Order never received, tried contacting them in every way possible and no response whatsoever ever, placed the order but it was never received, no customer service at all and no response from company. Really disappointed.

I love 2 Brothers foods! – Great quality products and so cheap! Also cheap and fast postage straight to my door. I live i a tiny town in the middle of no where and 2 brothers allows me to easily access all my favourite vegan products! I love these guys so much, definitely recommend this company to anyone! Everything was obviously fresh, and the parcel had the most amazing aroma. Each bag had a label with a full description and most had an ingredient and/or nutritional analysis listing.

Bonuses were the cost - very affordable - and strong plastic bags, well labelled, and closed with a simple twist of the bag and light knot - easy to undo without breaking nails or needing to be cut open. Also the very strong cardboard box used to send across to Victoria from WA. It arrived on 2nd/3rd day after paying, which was very good as we're a rural town well away from Sydney.

Great products at good prices – Love that any amount can be ordered, that the produce is packaged in reusable plastic bags and that delivery is only 3.50. Good range of products, good quality and very reasonable prices.

Fabulous service – 2brothers foods offer a wide variety of goods, packed efficiently and delivered within 2 days. One item wasn't quite satisfactory and they promptly replied to my email and sent a voucher to refund product. All very efficiently and pleasantly completed. Great to deal with this company.
