YES electricity and running this payment under plumbing so beware as they are also apparently now doing same thing under electrical work! could have done this myself for under $200... his response, "then why didn't you?" I asked for a breakdown of cost and he essentially told me the tap was $300 and the rest was for his time. The manager claimed that my booking time is less than 24 hours and no refund is available. how many tradies do you know who command $4800 per hour (if it took them 15 mins) or even $2400 per hour (if it took them 30 mins)? Avoid these folk at all costs. The young plumbers who attended were lovely, but the guy manning phones and defending their costs was shonky and objectionable. Reminder to self, read Product Review before calling. heater unit to replace my old outdoor unit but turned up with and started installing a bottom of the range Bonaire 3 Star unit until I accidentally found out half way through installation what they were doing. They claimed it was "exactly the same and same price", they refused to lower the price and demanded immediate payment. I was told I was "a difficult customer" for questioning why I wasn't getting the Braemar 4 Star as agreed on written quote from Luke. Day of installation Luke was intimidating, irritable, threatening and would lie about anything, found out later so is the Mgr Zac and the Director Bill Toohey. It was start of Corona Virus lockdowns and with Luke's bullying attitude I was pressured into accepting what they had already done. I was refused a Certificate of Compliance, was told it "wasn't needed because the new unit was replacing an old unit", this is of course a complete lie, still do not have one to this day because it's clearly non-compliant with manufacturer's installation instructions, and thus warranty does not apply either. Luke and his 2nd year apprentice Steve spent 3.5 hrs here, including their lunch and several smokos. Cigarette butts, moved soil and mud were left all around the heating unit. They dug a ditch and installed my new $3,000 unit lower than ground level, without a concrete slab underneath and no legs, the ditch filled with rain water a few hrs later and unit now sitting in 1 inch of water and mud every time it rains. A nightmare experience I'm still sorting out with help of VBA, VCAT and Magistrate's Court as company refuses refund and only solution they offered is to build a retaining wall around the unit so it will then be enclosed like a little pond. Plumbers they are NOT! Still finding out what damage they did to my high rated R ducts when they ripped some of it out and replaced it with uninsulated skylight flexible duct.

We contacted the stove retailer who informed us that the stove was unavailable for viewing. We have purchased a stove for $5,999 and have made several calls to 24/7 to obtain quote for installation. We have not received the requested quote after waiting for four days.

Rip off - do not use this company! – Told me I needed a new hot water service and quoted an exorbitant price to replace it. Wanted full payment up front and then tried to negotiate the price down when I stated I thought it was too high. Unfortunately we have been advised that we have rehau piping in our roof not cooper and the pricing is incorrect (copper is more expensive) I did not have a 20mm copper leak that was required to be repaired I had a 20mm rehau pipe leak that needed to be repaired a price difference of over $400.00. I have attempted to contact the company everyday to obtain an itemised invoice which they are refusing to provide and to speak to the operations manager who is never available and won't return calls to see if it was a genuine error. No one will speak to you, Like numerous others who have lodged reviews, ACCC have been notified.

RIP OFF MERCHANTS – This company charged me $630 for a camera inspection of the drain, stated the pipe was cracked and blocked by tree roots and replaced 2m of PVC piping for an additional $2600. This did not fix the problem and the replaced pipe was not blocked. I then had to call other plumbers to fix the actual problem at a fraction of the above cost.

Fraud! Worst company. BE aware of their sneaky skill to charge you – First of all, these guys are working under the different company name. If you google, their details come up with different trading name. I assume it's on purpose. They request your credit card details and charges under the name of booking acceptance. Beware of the company, they knew how to rip people off. They often on high link on Google ad.

If I could give less than 1 star I would – Simple job to fix an exposed water pipe that had been hit by a nail. Sent photo of pipe prior to plumber arrival. Weekend call out fee payment details taken over phone (fair enough), arrived late (to be expected), was here for less than 2 minutes saying straight up that they didn't stock the pipe (annoying, but happens I guess), kept call out fee (so very uncool).
