right now to process a refund I will do it on Monday” Constant lying from staff trying to hold off on processing refund. She did not tell me the company was going into administration (mind you all staff are given a notice when going into administration) Called at least 20 times every day from 13/04/19 to 27/04/19. Found an article on 30/04/19 indicating 2nds world had announced that it has fallen into administration.... I am speechless... just hoping to get my refund. My washing machine was faulty since September 2018, 6 washing machine replacements later... no washing machine for 8 months. I am lost beyond words. A full-time working mother 7 days a week with 3 young dependant children. I had to apply for afterpay to get the cheapest washing machine just today. And on top of that I had to pay for postage for all of those replacements to get delivered...

Beware they stop responding when they need to give refund – Still awaiting refund of $1195 . Was promised to get by 15/04/19. Neither responding to emails nor phone calls to their Cremorne shop. They are losing their loyal customers . What sort of business model they are running.

poor customer service – I purchased a camera through seconds world. It was due to be delivered over a week ago. All they say is its been dispatched. It is will Australia post. I am going on a holiday so have a time line. Wont replace it until Australia post finds it. They have now had my money for 2 weeks and will be another 2-3 weeks before they will refund my money.… Read more

Australia post is there courier and some how its the customers fault as to why l cant get another dispatched or my money back now.

all the while without a functional one.

Day comes, I get a call half an hour before my allocated delivery window begins, to say that, oh, the TV isn't on the truck! Damn, must be the warehouse fault, we are only the delivery drivers. Would I like them to deliver after hours? Sure, I say. Then wait.

Guy turns up, in a sedan, swinging a tiny 24 inch TV package.......

So I get on the phone to the online team. Looks like they've lost my TV. Or, the delivery guys have my TV on their truck but their paperwork has the wrong model on it.

I don't know what's going to happen next.

I am not taking another day off work for this circus, and will cancel unless it is sorted by TOMORROW.

Worst service I have ever experienced since online shopping – I ordered a PVR TV recorder online advertised brand new item in stock I received an email stating short delay, then in a couple days another email the delay would be 10-15 days which is false adv in my book. no packaging no instruction book at all and a note inside from a previous customer who had received this same unit and stating how unhappy he was with what he received.

After numerous phone calls and emails I was told they had found a new one for me ...... I returned unit to them and verified with Aust Post they had received it after 5 days still getting no response as I was told as soon as they received the faulty one they would immediately send out the new one, I rang again spoke to someone who did seem to know what she was doing and was told they would ship same day I finally did receive a new unit but not without the stress this company caused me.

As far as I'm concerned I will never buy from this company again, there online service is the worst and a disgrace as is there warehouse who sent this faulty item to me and previously to another person as well!
