This business is unreliable and the administration team are rude and unprofessional. They change days and times and even then, don't show up. One minute you will ring and you are told the truck will be there in 20 minutes, then in an hour, then sometime today. Moving is stressful enough, but this company will take your anxiety levels to a whole new level! Do not engage with this company under any circumstances.

Onel and Sam worked very hard. They were extremely careful not to damage our furniture or property. Both very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

They hired third contractors to do th job. Booked for 8-9am, but they arrived at 2pm. Paid the deposit, but overcharged when finishing the job.

Charged 205$ for 2 drivers and a truck first to confirm booking then later again asked to pay 290$ for some fees that was not mentioned prior booking. 200$ and i paid 495$. The trip was around 20 mins drive. Very disappointed with hidden fees. If these charges were communicated upfront, maybe we would have gone through alternatives or budget the move accordingly! When I mentioned how they did not mention those charges before booking confirmation, the guy named Larry kept on mentioning same sentence saying you have to pay on the phone! Pals, Be careful of those hidden fees!!

Excellent, I have had horrible experiences in the past, but 313 Movers has been excellent to work with. They made my life much easier moving from Queensland to Adelaide. I thought transitioning to different states would be horrible but I had a very good experience with them.

safely with no damage. The team was professional, friendly and knew what they are doing. Communication was clear tge whole time, which made the move much less stressful. I would definitely recommend 313 Movers to anyone asking for a removalist service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company booked my move and then canceled the day before, leaving me out of pocket and unable to find another mover. They were rude and unhelpful, wouldn’t give me any sort of compensation now that I had to pay rent in 2 locations due to their own mistakes in booking the job in the first place. Do not use this company.

Charged over $4000 to move us, 3 Indians turned up and were hardly getting paid anything , lots of broken items would not recommend this to anyone. Also their bosses instructed them not to finish unloading until we paid the full $4100. If you want your things to not get broken and don’t want get ripped off don’t go near this company.

Moving is always a stressful task, I have to compliment the team. Although we didn’t have much time to talk, they worked solidly throughout the day. They were extremely professional and genuinely a joy to be around, even under pressure. Their positive attitude and work ethic made a big difference, and it was very much appreciated.

only found out the second change because I rang them back after they said they’d confirm the changes they made but never rang back • Had to organise someone to wait at my house for them as I had to leave due to pre booked accom • They never showed between 4-7pm. Hard to contact on the Sunday but eventually they txt me back. They repeatedly said they were coming on the Sunday before not showing up as they were “too tired”. This information was provided to me at 10pm at night. The back & forth lead me to believe they were never coming and had no intention to do so. • At 10pm I had to leave the accom to return to my house, driving 7hrs overnight to be there for them in the morning the day after we had agreed upon as I had no one to meet them on that day • They arrived at our new house with some damaged furniture with strap marks that we haven’t been able to remove • Some items were damaged beyond repair and several items were missing. They had changed trucks three times so this may have contributed to the misplaced items • Took ages to reply to our enqs about where our items were. Replied with we checked but haven’t located them. That’s it

I haven’t had an experience this poor with a company ever & I’ve moved often. I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Booked 313 Movers for packing one day and then moving the next day from Ballina to Gulmarrad (3 Bedroom House). efficient, though they then told us that they couldn't fit all the furniture etc on the truck they had, so would need to make two trips. As it was arranged for 3 removalists at an hourly rate it ended up costing us over $2,000 extra for the second trip. Very disappointing to say the least. Would not recommend them, stay away.

The movers were 2 hours late and the customer service just kept on saying that the truck was a couple of minutes away. I never got a call to update the status, I was the one calling them up to follow up the whole time. I recently moved from rural Victoria to just north of Brisbane, with the expert help of 313 Movers. They guided me through every step of the process, picked up in the rain and delivered on time a couple of days later. Their fee was exceptional, considering l had underestimated how many things l had. I heartily recommend them to anyone, and if or when l have l have to move again, l will not consider anyone else.
