I ordered and paid for a product directly from 3sixT 4 weeks ago. They took the money immediately but the product has never been sent, nor have they responded to two enquiries I’ve made to their “service” contact. At this stage their service is unsatisfactory and I wonder whether I’ve been scammed. Show details

I have been trying to contact the company since December (for four months) about processing my screen protector replacement and haven't been able to get anyone to respond to me. I agree with other reviewers that this company is an absolute scam, don't trust any of their warranty promises. Show details

I wouldn't even give them one star if I had the choice – Scammers — Stay Away from This Company I would not recommend this company’s products. They claim to offer a lifetime warranty on their phone screen protector but do not honor it. I provided my receipt and photos showing the condition of the screen protector, but I never received a response. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Beware before purchasing!

Pulling your own teeth is easier – Appalling service . They sell you a plan with your screen cover, so if your screen cover gets damaged they replace it free. Sure its more expensive. Try and claim and they make you jump through fire and take forever to replace if at all. The screen protectors are average at best. The retailers in most malls love selling it to you but take it back… Read more

and ask for a replacement, then they offer all sorts of excuses then tell you you have to log on to their website and put in a claim. STAY AWAY . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

SCAMMER – If I could give a negative star I would do it, they are scammers, I bought 2 covers one for my son 12 pro max and hubby 13 pro max. Hubby's one needs replacement, shop told me they don't deal with them anymore, so I have to deal with 3sixT Gear Australia directly, which I did and sent them a copy of receipt, they keep getting back to me saying… Read more

their records showing iphone 12 not 13, and I kept sending them a copy of the invoice asking them to look at it and they will see iphone 13, and I'm still arguing. Very disgusting customer service, not professional and scammers

Easy warranty claim – I’m not too sure why other reviews are quite low but my personal experience was pleasant. I bought one of their screen protectors for my iPhone from an independent shop which included warranty for damage. I lodged a claim and was met with the lovely Lauren whom asked a few questions regarding the claim and I was sent a new screen protector! Thank you! ☺️ Show details

Terrible product with terrible customer service – Be objective they say.... hmmmmm Put simply 3Sixt are Scammers and the phone case shops selling them are in on it. Don't get tricked into the fun, Hello Kitty loving, phone case seller behind the counter, it's all a ruse! Avoid at all costs. 3Sixt will go above and beyond to avoid paying out for their so-called "warranty". Rear screen smashed… Read more

whilst cover was on and from 30cm height. Contacted their customer service only to be met with obtuse ad inept people who make you jump through hoops and give you the runaround.

3Sixt and all their excuses and weaseling their way out of warranty claims due to "We've encountered some challenges due to a reduced number of staff and significant changes in our warehouse system and communication channels. As a result, we're experiencing a backlog of support emails, and this has impacted our ability to respond promptly. We are sorry that we are unable to honour your warranty, for the warranty to be valid we do require the photo of the case fitted to the back of the phone and this was not supplied. We understand that this is disappointing and frustrating, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused." FYI- photos were attached along with receipt of purchase... pathetic excuses from a pathetic scamming company.

Get a Spigen cover (no I'm not being sponsored by them, I only recently purchased one and it was not only a lower price but a lot better quality!)...

Zero stars if it was an option – Registered my product on the day I got its filled in everything correctly received confirmation it had all been completed correctly Upon claiming when my device smashed (something they claim the guarantee, so no the cases do NOT protect your phone any better than any other case) I was advised unfortunately I couldn’t make a claim as the product wasn’t registered correctly. Actually laughable but DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Show details

Worst product – They will ask you to register your product on their faulty website. I tried and it never worked. Upon trying to claim a replacement for their faulty product, they reply unfortunately you didn't register. Bloody thieves! They don't deserve even 1 star!! Show details

Also I would have to wait up to 45 days to be reimbursed! Then was told my new protector would be in the mail in a week! It wasn’t after emails being sent and with no reply’s I final rand them they said oh sorry we… Read more

Screen protector failed within a few months, never sent replacement, probably a scam – I purchased my screen protector in March 2022 from a retailer because it had a lifetime warranty for the screen protector, and a 2 year device warranty to cover damage to my phone that it fails to prevent. It scratched pretty quickly, but they were easy to ignore. After 6 months it failed fully and started peeling up from the sides. In November I… Read more

got sick of it and filed a warranty claim. They approved it and said they'd ship a replacement but one never arrived. I gave them a couple of months as I figured they might be busy over Christmas.

I emailed their support twice but both times they gave me no response.

I tried calling the number on their website but it just plays hold music for 5 minutes and then hangs up on you at exactly 5 minutes 2 seconds every time.

At this point it feels very much like a scam, so I'd advise anyone to avoid this brand hard!

Avoid 3sixT screensaver - waste of $$ – Bought silicone Screen saver & phone case. Screen scratched 1st day, (old screen never had a scratch) & doesn’t fit well. They said warranty registration done online, not easy to navigate. Asking for too much info (ie ph serial & imei number?!) no customer service. Paid over $100 Wish I had just gone the usual screen saver as this is rubbish. … Read more

Unhappy & wouldn’t recommend. Phone case also collecting dirt & dust already on flocked inner lining, so can’t see it lasting well.

Dishonest – This company offer a damage repair warranty that they do not support. Do yourself a favour and buy another brand of case. Their cases offer poor protection (mine lasted 3 months) and then they will deny warranty repairs that they advertise to get you to buy the case. Show details

Needs better instructions but good support from retailer – This mob is an Australian company and I paid around $30 this product as I wanted a quality screen protector. Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations. For a start the instructions were printed on a 5cmx5cm piece of paper that I had to get a magnifying glass out to read but that hardly mattered because the enclosed instructions… Read more

differed from what was in my kit. I could find no instructions on line and on going to their site there was only the same generic, tiny diagrams that again weren’t the same as my kit.

So not really knowing how to fit it I did the best I could but air bubbles got caught under the screen that I couldn’t remove. I also had contamination under the screen that I think was from the screen cleaning cloth provided to clean the screen that actually shed fibres (it was paper product I think).

Anyway after about an hour and a half I had a result that looked like the bubbling rear window tint on an old car. Totally unacceptable for my new $1000 phone.

However, there was plenty of good as well. I contacted the eBay retailer and told them of my trouble fitting. They immediately offered to provide me a replacement protector. They paid for the return postage of the old one as well. The second time around I took it to a mobile phone repair shop and paid the guy $5 to fit it, which took him 5minutes.

The screen protector is excellent as it has as smooth texture and actually improves the finger print reader on my Pixel 6. I would upgrade my review from good to excellent if 3SIXT would provide better instructions preferably both written and video via YouTube.

$29.95 from jbhifi with my new pixel 6 – $29.95 from jbhifi with my new pixel 6, the instructions don't match the product. Cumbersome too therefore resulting in what looks like a smashed screen. Will go back to jbhifi or direct to the manufacturer. Show details

Dishonest company – I bought the screen cover that comes with screen replacement warranty if the screen cracks. I put through my claim a few times and they have completely ignored me. Do not trust their claims. And their screen cover did not adequately protect my phone screen from cracking!!! It is also a difficult screen cover to put on without bubbling and cracks.

Absolute rubbish!! Falling apart day 3. Website merry go round to prevent customer contacting the company! In the bin!! – My wife purchased a lovely looking phone case for me while on holidays in WA. I usually busy cheap Kmart ones as I like their thin compact size. The 3six t looks very nice and she was keen to give me this gift. I cannot believe this is actually disintegrating in front of my eyes!. Tried to look up 3sixt website but it takes you around and around… Read more

in circles to avoid the customer I guess with pop ups and disclaimers. Do yourself a favour, don't buy this rubbish. Try rubbing the case with your finger and see f the finish literally rubs off in you hand as mine is only a few days old and its disintegrating. One star because there is no lower option on here.
