Product 2 rear engine mounts for a toyota coaster arrived on time and superspares comunicated well and also followed up to see if parts were correct. A very good ebay seller. Would recommend.

I found Superspares to be very responsive to some issues I had. Firstly the incorrect clutch kit arrived due to options on my model utility. I informed them and the correct clutch kit arrived in a timely manner. I am yet to receive my credit on the incorrect part as I will receive it after they have gotten the part.

I sent questions to them before purchasing the items off them to make sure they would fit my vehicle. Their response was extremely fast I ordered the parts the delivery was very fast & affordable I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Clutch master and slave cylinder, old hilux. Good product description, price was excellent, delivery time fantastic, looks to be good quality, fitted up no dramas. Couldn't be happier, give them a go, big thumbs up.

Easy purchase of vehicle parts (via the superspares Ebay store). Items as described, excellent price, communication and postage. Items were also a good quality brand name as advertised - and not a "knock off cheap replacement". Would happily utilise their store again.

packaging, manuals, or accessories - just bare unit in shipping box.

Seller delays: Reported fault 27 Dec with video evidence. Seller delayed 5+ weeks with repeated "under review" responses, deliberately stalling until eBay's 30-day return window expired, then declined return.

False claims: Seller claimed listing "clearly states screen required" - neither eBay listing nor their own website mention any such requirement. Provable lie.

Refund refused: Offers only conditional "inspection" with "no guarantee" of refund or timeline. After 5+ weeks of delays and false statements, cannot trust seller to process fairly.

Outcome: Still fighting to recover $755.95.

eBay feedback removed: Posted factual review on eBay - seller had it removed despite no policy violations. Pattern of suppressing legitimate complaints.

Avoid this seller. If you receive faulty goods, expect delays, false excuses, and refusal to honor Australian Consumer Law obligations.

Sell cheap parts say 3 year warranty part fails in 2 years then they say you over tightened it so why didnt it leak straight away if i over tightened it been a mechanic for 30 years never have I dealt with a bunch of lowlifes that sell parts and dont warrant the parts because they think they know best when they have never worked on a car in there… Read more

your suburb it calculates the shipping. They definitely need to work on their checkout procedure on the website. I feel its not according to the Australian Consumer Law.

Bonnet protector main dealer too expensive. OCAM North Lakes wanted $99 plus $40 freight didn’t bother to call me back. These guys good price with free delivery. 10/10

I have not used the filters yet so cannot give five stars. I keep getting reminders to leave a review so thought I better do it if I want them to stop. Assuming they fit and work then I can comment on good communication and great delivery service, quickly and well packed.

Bought some Swing Arm Spacer Bushes for Quad ATV. Can be hard to find, but you guys had them. Insanely easy to install, which is why I chose to buy them. And thanks for a darn good delivery time too.
