Denying Statutory warranty – I have purchased a Rever Sport from 99 Bikes in NSW in November 2023. are not offering the option to repair or replace the Befang mid mount drive, they have suggested "as a goodwill gesture" a $500 discount on a new purchase. I cannot take this up as I have lost all trust in this company. I have hit a brick wall with 99 bikes and have lodged a complaint with Fair Trading.

Customer service on point – Stephen looked after the handover of my bike after its first service. He went above and beyond and took the time to help with any questions I had and even demonstrated how to lube the chain correctly. As a newbie in the sport it means a lot to have someone do this. Great Service – We just bought a couple of e bikes from Isaac at 99 Bikes Coomera. They had to be ordered in and Isaac kept us informed. Once they were in he had them built straight away, got us in for a test ride and made sure we had all necessary info and that the bikes were set up right for us. We got a good price too.
