What a relief! – Our Miele dishwasher stopped working yesterday. Booked a Miele service call - earliest 2 weeks away. AJ to the rescue this morning. It will take longer than that to cancel Miele.

Excellent service and empathy to the customer – Dishwasher died traumatically and it's an appliance we cannot live without- for long. (10 year old Miele). fix it and then the drama started. Each time something got sorted, we found another problem, put a part in, another problem. Poor guy was getting frustrated as time was passing, he was been hassled by the office to get to his next call, but AJ wasn't going to let this go. Bottom line after three new parts were installed, I have the broken ones so no hanky panky, he put the machine together and said it's not going to last much longer and if I get a particular error code, the machine is going to need this other part replaced. Well we test ran the machine while sorting out payment, and ding dong, the machine gave the error code. At that stage AJ said we were just throwing good money after bad, and should replace the machine, it being over ten years old. To which we agreed, he removed the new parts, said he would get the cost of said spares refunded, which he did, and we parted friends. So in short- I was comfortable with the call out fee, happy with getting a next day appointment and AJ arriving almost within his window, and his transparent advice and commentary on what he was doing and the good advice to buy a new machine. 4.5/5 is my rating- no one is perfect.

Great Service – Our dishwasher needed fixing but the part not available. The technician modified a spare part & solved the problem. He also advised me re repairing another appliance saving hundreds of dollars.

Great service, friendly and quick technician – Our technician was punctual and friendly. He went above and beyond to replace a part for our fridge, finding it locally rather than making us wait several days for one to arrive. He went to get the part and returned half an hour later, and our fridge was fixed within minutes!

Exorbitant Repair Cost – The technician came to inspect my washing machine and fridge . After conducting a very quick inspection of these 2 appliances, he concluded none of them worth the repair due to the old age. After spending less than half an hour at my place with no repair work done, I was charged $195.

Total waste of money – My washing machine needed repair, it is leaking and doesn't drain fully.. They came and took it apart and said there was nothing wrong. It still leaks and I wasted $150.

Good Reliable Service – Called A&B Appliance spoke to Mohit and he came the next morning to check my washing machine. Ordered parts last week and today Mohit did the service on my washing machine. Clean up after himself. Quick and easy . I recommended Mohit if you are looking for a reliable service.

Oven Door FIXED! – Mohit was courteous, respectful, cheerful and helpful at all times. He dropped in on his way to a job nearby to provide a quote. He removed our oven from the wall to locate a serial# in order to obtain exactly the right parts - no hassle, no trouble. Mohit got the job done at a time that suited us and was clean and quick.
