This was delivered three days late. The food was kept in an unrefrigerated van for those three days (I have photos of the van). The ice bags had all defrosted. I wasn't risking food poisoning. No refund offered. they wanted to replace the food, but I don't trust them anymore. Show details

a busy job and heavy training load this is absolutely perfect. I LOVE cooking but I don’t have the time ATM so this has been a life saver and as delicious or even more so as the stuff I like to make when I do have time. The ability to customise so that each meal works for my dietary requirements or preferences for no extra charge is pretty amazing.

Long story short but I used to be a very big girl and weighed 140kg. I now weigh 55kg due to years and years of hard work with cleaning up my diet and falling in love with exercise. Having access to such high quality and delicious food where I don’t even have to think about whether it’s filled with crap or not is seriously amazing - it’s one less thing I don’t have to think about so it takes a huge load off.

every week to Tasmania fresh, and they cost me under $4.00 per meal, that's a 400g - 460g meal for under $4.00 a meal, I don't even bother cooking now, and have more time for my hobbies. I have tried so many meal suppliers, the worst being Site N Greasy (they use imported veggies from Asia) in 5 years, ALIFEPLUS win hands down. They send you a split invoice so you just submit to your provider for reimbursement. They really do give you an ALIFEPLUS experience. I hope they don't change to an App, I have enough cr#p on my phone now !.

more expensive than some other services, but you definitely get what you pay for. I have tried a few services and they start out tasting good but then I eventually get to the point of throwing out half the meal because I just can't stand it anymore. I have yet to throw out any meals from A Life Plus. The only downfall I can see is for my partner because he has to constantly listen to me talk about how delicious each meal is, but that's his problem:-) In addition to the great meals, the delivery service they use in SA has been great. Timely updates and easy to use webpage for tracking makes a huge difference. I don't know how they continuously offer meals of this quality, but I appreciate it. only found out about the delivery because I got an sms from the delivery company with a tracking number. I checked my email thinking it might be a scam. WHY would you reschedule someone's meals to come a week earlier??? I can't contact anyone. The people at alifeplus are on holidays, fancy that! They gave me 2 days to reply via email, but as I'm on holiday and the last thing I expect is for a surprise delivery a week before I scheduled it. So I need to sit there on my holiday and check my email in case these guys decide to deliver a week earlier without my consent? Why have scheduled delivery at all if you are going to reschedule it anyway? I only found out they want a refund and I want the delivery cancelled. What a nightmare. Also, please cancel my future requests. I don't want this hassle.

I have mainly had fish dishes so far (salmon and barramundi) and have been impressed with the both the taste and amount of fish in the different dishes. The amount of salmon provided is considerably more than other brands we have tried which means you are not reaching for a snack after dinner because of not being full. I have also tried some chicken dishes as they are are lower in calories generally than salmon dishes and they have also been very tasty (try the chicken tikka masala - you won't be disappointed). The only thing I think could be improved is the timeframe for delivery. You need to allow about 5 days from the time of ordering for the meals to be prepared and shipped so you need to be organised in terms of meal planning. However, this is similar to other companies providing meals so it's just a case of being organised regardless of which company you go through. I have had to ring A Life Plus a couple of times and I have got through very quickly (a rarity these days when you ring just about any business) and the customer support has been excellent; both friendly and efficient. The price of meals is about the same as other providers but the quality and value of A Life Plus meals in my opinion is superior.

I am so grateful for this food service delivery, as an autistic adult that is super into fitness/nutrition, i find it hard to manage preparing macro friendly meals for myself. delivery services prior to this one, and they missed the mark completely. These meals stand out, and I have several repeat favourites that I get weekly (the crumbed chicken parma with pesto pasta & chicken caesar salad are so delicious). Couldn't be happier!

but the way this issue was handled was disappointing. I was made to feel as though I was trying to take advantage of the situation rather than raising a genuine concern. rescheduled until (ostensibly) tomorrow. My main issue is the complete lack of communication.

The customer support people use all the "I assure you we will conduct a review" wording, but do absolutely nothing and have done nothing to rectify the situation. The least they could do would be to refund me for the delayed day without food so I can order food from elsewhere. I still need to eat tomorrow, and the order likely won't come until late in the day.

Do not use this company 2 week wait before they advised delivery then did not deliver food on scheduled day (waited at home all day) several calls and emails they later with no response they still have my money and I have not received any food.
