Chicken Pasta Alla Vodka (8/10). The meals were filling, the ingredients were high quality with nice pieces of chicken or steak used (not the gristly bits you will often get in some less good quality premade meals) and the texture was still lovely when re-heated. The used by dates on my order were great - long enough that I was able to eat the meals over a 2 week period easily. There were a few meals that were not to my taste and I found the company was very friendly and happy to give their "love it or swap it" guarantee so i can try some other meals on my next order. I will definitely be ordering again!

through to customer service they suck. They essentially were going to steal my money until I asked for a refund. I eventually received a refund after messing around with incompetent staff for over an hour. Edit - they send a private message here and then never follow up. Do not recommend the customers service is absolutely inadequate.

Automatically set me up for subscription and repeated my order the next week although I never once instructed that. Won't be using again. Didn't know until past the cut off time so was unable to cancel. Show details

As an NDIS participant, I appreciate the convenience of good quality, pre-prepared meals. It makes dinner easy for me. My carer is able to easily change around my meal options, and I enjoy trying new selections. I am not a fan of rice or pasta, so I prefer all the vegetable and mashed potato options. had really good experiences in the beginning. Now my concerns are growing for the following reasons: 1. They ask you to photograph where to leave the food (which I did) and the delivery person left the food there on my outdoor table, in the shade, as pictured for the first two weeks. Since then, it has been put on the gravel driveway, in the direct sun, at my front gate. (Really not fussed on a box of food that's now full of ants and warming in the sun) 2. The meals were delicious and reliable but recently I have experienced out of date items (which fortunately have been credited - BUT that doesn't solve my need for a meal at the time, as I cannot go to a shop with my disability) and last night I had my favourite meal- Braised Steak with pepper sauce, only to find that the usually very tender, pull-apart steak required a steak knife to cut. When I cut it up, I found that about 90% of the "beef" was fat and hard gristle. So last night's meal consisted of one small bite of steak with sauce and vegetables. Very disappointed. I haven't bothered contacting them this time because, it's not the money that annoys me most...It's my inability to have an alternative on hand if they screw up. I'm going to give them one more week to lift their standards back up on the delivery and food quality before I look for another option :(

I agree with the recent reviews. Chefgood was the best meal subscription I had tried, delicious, convenient and supported my gluten sensitivity and nutrition goals. The new meals that launched a month ago are awful by comparison. Bland, low quality, hardly any "no wheat added" options. So upsetting that the old meals are gone forever.

Chefgood is mostly good. But have had a couple of issues recently that have been really poorly resolved or not even acknowledged at all. Additionally I have received out of date meals on more than one occasion. Now I was not informed of an order not being processed and when I reached out to the CM service I received a response that there would be a follow up the next day. This has now also not occured. I am growing increasingly frustrated with Chefgood as time goes on.

We've been having Chefgood for 4 weeks now and have found the meals to be delicious and far better than we anticipated. It beats frozen meals hands down with short cooking time. The food tastes like real food and not plastic! The Thai chicken stir fry is particularly tasty and is one of our favourites. Easy to order, great flavors, lots of options for those seeking calorie conscious meals and I have had no issues with my deliveries (other meal providers tend to get damaged packages or never delivered). more preservatives you are using to extend life of product, would be keen to see these meals get back to being healthier for long time health. I am also missing the wraps the most as so easy and convenient to have on the go, I hope Chef Good brings them back, pesto or tandoori were both great!

The new menue is indeed very tasty as well as being very nutritious. But at the same time certain parts of the old menue if could be restarted would make chefsgood amazing. For instance the breakfast menue had monsieur croque sandwich’s which I loved to eat every morning and used to be filling for the long day ahead. Great food quality and convenience provided by Chefgood. Their website is easy to use with flexible subscription options. Good variety of meals. Much healthier than leaving meals to chance and the temptation of fast food. They freeze well too if you want to buy more in bulk to get more discounts. Food quality is really good! I would say that the reduction in the amount of meals has been a bit more simplified and rather tasty. Delivery is always consistent and only ever once had an issue. Only criticism would be that the new packaging is not great. There are a lot of ridges so a good amount of the food gets stuck and is very hard to get out. disappointing—it has an unusual beef and mushroom filling, didn’t seem to have any cheese, and felt more like a basic layered pasta than a proper lasagna. The beef and black bean stir fry also didn’t work for me. Overall, I think Chefgood offers good value for the quality and taste. I’d like to see more green vegetables included in some meals and a bit more sauce in the Indian curries, as they can be slightly dry.

I’ve been having Chefgood delivered for sometime now , focusing on the Calorie Conscious range . With Chefgood meals and other smart food choices I have managed to lose approximately 20 kgs and feel fantastic.
