through to customer service they suck. They essentially were going to steal my money until I asked for a refund. I eventually received a refund after messing around with incompetent staff for over an hour. Edit - they send a private message here and then never follow up. Do not recommend the customers service is absolutely inadequate.

Absolutely the best I have found for price, convenience and taste. There has not been a single meal that I wouldn't have again and again. These are seriously the closest to home cooked genuine taste and clean ingredients meals I have tried. Thanks for making these available to make life easier in an affordable way!

irrevicably ruined my perception of the company and I cannot recommend them any longer. I trusted you with the food I eat every day, changing to cut costs without also changing the price of my subscription feels fraudulent.

home when it was delivery day (inconvenience as we work out of an office) and rush down as soon as we get the text, which was fine I guess. One time we did that about 5 minutes after the text, the food went missing. They refused to refund or provide any assistance. I had to study the delivery photo, and it turned out they delivered to another part of the apartment we don't have access to, even though I detailed the entrance with photos and a description. They refunded after I raised this issue, but the fact I had to look into it, and their customer service didn't is just appalling. Switched to Lite n Easy and guess what, the delivery guy rang the bell and came up to give us the food. Such a pleasant experience. Just shows that chef good can make improvements but choose not to.

Looking for ready meals for my mum-in-law after her shoulder operation and i picked chef good because I liked that you dont force customers to provide payment details before selecting your meals. 1. Order was wrong. Missing meals 2. Seems ingredients are artificial and terrible quality 3. Some items have arrived damaged 4. No clear meal plan sheet 5. When we reported the damaged and missing meals, e were given credit rather than refund 6. The way the calories are made up, is through high calories sauces, rather than nutrients dense and quantity.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this delivery service. their customer service, the process was frustratingly slow and unhelpful. Instead of offering real solutions or taking responsibility, it felt as though they were putting the blame back on me rather than looking for options to keep me as a customer.

A reliable delivery service should prioritise clear communication, timely delivery, and safe handling of packages — unfortunately, none of these standards were met in my case. I hope they take this feedback seriously and implement improvements, as customers deserve a service that is both dependable and secure.

There was also no option to speak with someone senior, and no willingness to find a reasonable solution. It felt like once they had our payment, that was the end of the conversation. Really disappointing customer service.

sent foods I dont eat like lamb and beef. If it was in the cancellation period, they could have at least repeated my last order. I had sent numerous messages via their website email and chat room with no response. I finally got through to a live person who was rude and belligerent. They are still trying to steal money from my account 3 weeks after I have cancelled. I regret ever using this company.

The food wasn’t too bad, but they have additives in it which in higher intakes based on actual scientific studies can cause a higher risk of cancer. put it in the chia pudding lol when I asked them about it their customer service denied that they put preservatives in their food which is actually made me laugh - safe to say I moved to another meal service as plenty if them don’t do this.
