spit cleaning the stains and added an anti dustmite cycle as my youngest has dust might allergies.

Due to the day being quite wet, they even came back with a blower to help dry the carpets off. Above and beyond!

Will be booking again and highly recommend them

Job not finished – After reading some good reviews - shame they didn't deliver on my place! Still have stains and urine smell - the major reason for cleaning after death of my pet ....... no answer from Michael other than they don't get complaints! Well here is one. AND I had 4 more people waiting on my review before they booked him.

A fantastic job! – I had my carpets and my lounge suite (three seat lounge and two armchairs) cleaned by Pristine Carpets. The lounge which had never been steam cleaned came up beautifully as did the carpets. The carpet cleaner was industrious and efficient. It was a very positive experience.

Will never use this company – I book a groupon deal and carefully read all the condition. My was only a 2 bedrooms town house. The condition say 12 square meter is class as one room. Great he just charge 61 extra. It is not on the condition on the voucher but written on an email send after the vouchers is brought.

I have email the owner [name removed]. No luck they email back claiming it is transparent because he follow up with email with the new charges a day before the technician arrive.

I agreed with condition and read it carefully prior to purchasing the voucher every house has a stairs.

I ended up paying a lot more than calling a honest company. With the voucher I paid heaps more and revieve a gut full as a bonus.

myself, so so so disappointed. When I called to let them know, I was told he would follow it up and then just a message telling me to use mentholated spirits to clean up the mess - which I cannot do on my furniture or floors will just make it worse.

free and friendly guys. I'm moving out to a property I now own - I've opted for epoxy resin flooring so no carpet - however I'm sure there'll come a time in the future where I'll need your services again!

Would not recommend hiring – I agreed to a special they had, and without being told was charged for 3 rooms when I only had 2 done. Once I was told that price was their minimum, 'they dont work for less'', I said I would have had 3 rooms done if I had known that. The owner then continued to be arrogant and downright rude about the whole experience telling me to 'get a job' and not contact him.

I didn't have high hopes for most stains to come out, but with a standard clean he managed to get out most of them - including some I was sure wouldn't budge! He was very professional and as soon as I got to work I emailed the owner to compliment the service, and messaged my mum and sister and told them both to use these guys if they need their carpets done. Very bad! Read the other bad reviews! – It was too quick and they tried to find marks in my carpet to sell their expensive products like grease release... I heard from my friends that they toke more money from them, so I will never take this company again. If you did, check if on their price list other payments were listed as you had to pay. very disappointed!

A great job – Pristine carpet cleaning were wonderful. Not only did they book me in at short notice, but their guy did a great job. He was polite and professional. There was no mess and no fuss, and the carpets look and feel so much cleaner. A very happy customer.

Find another – I had my sofa cleaned never again. The guy that turned up completely wet not only my lounge but also my floor boards. I pay extra for "dust" etc but what a waste, nothing has changed and actually because it was so wet I called them nd they advised I had to go over it myself to remove the wet stains.

What an absolute waste of money! – Carpet was steamed once. Most steam cleaning companies go over it with a stain remover first then steam the carpet. There was no change to the carpet at all. I ended up having to get another lot of people to come in and steam clean the carpet properly. Never again and would never recommend this company to anyone.

day was able to advise me on the best possible treatments for stains and heavy dirt-loaded walkways, that on previous cleans have never improved but I swear they managed to get my carpets almost back to brand new with how they look now! I had these guys do my carpeted rooms and stairs, along with my 3 seater upholstery and two leather arm chairs. They know their stuff, and they back up what they talk with simply the best job I've ever had done. The traffic through a holiday home can leave it looking like a crash site - dirty marks on the lounges, stains in the carpet from heavy traffic, sand, dead insects walked into the carpets - you name it, we get it ... but after the men had left I stood and gazed in awe! No Responsibility. Don't Even Consider it! – Don’t believe what you read on their website. A Pristine Carpet Clean’s upholstery "service" is demonstrably just unskilled labour with a steam cleaner, turning up and "launching in" whether it’s suitable or not (they don't know nor care). damaged. I’m devastated. There is no apology, no remorse, just belligerence. [name removed] defense is that they I "commissioned" the cleaning and "invited them into my home" so it’s my fault. He also insinuated I was a cheapskate (apparently for paying his asking price). I rang four times, nothing he suggested (vacuuming) made any difference. I insisted he inspect the chairs which he finally agreed to do but did not, until I insisted again. He turned up with a stained wash cloth and a large bristled brush and vigorously scrubbed at them, attempting to remove the rigid stripy marks scorched into the pile. They will never be the same. The manufacturer recommended perhaps, if not too much water damage, dry cleaning with gentle brushing in one direction.

The Dept Fair Trading were unsuccessful in negotiating and advised an application to the NCAT Tribunal. At the Conciliation hearing [name removed] was insistent that his ‘expert’ dry cleaner could rectify the problem, I didn’t trust him, and he wouldn’t consider a third party. He was given the opportunity and I took down the review in good faith. Two chairs were taken for trial along with fabric samples and instructions from the manufacturer. The instructions were ignored, steam and incorrect brushing were applied AGAIN, further and dramatically altering the colour and texture — pink velvet now resembles blotchy red felt.

I had to re-apply to the Tribunal. Despite three people associated with A Pristine Carpet Clean inflicting damage, the orders found them to ONLY be 75% responsible. The fabric was an expensive, long lasting upholstery fabric in as new condition (3.5 years old, rarely and carefully used in my home. Depreciation was applied (Tax Office free-standing furniture in leased premises) and the Tribunal ordered A Pristine Carpet Clean pay compensation amounting to 25% of the value of the chairs. Therefore, only half the chairs' fabric can be restored to the condition prior to this.

DON’T risk it. Look for a professional company who demonstrates knowledge and skill, who values their customers, understands what service is, and will clean your items with care.
