Went into External administration 03/05/2023 – Went into External administration today. Stop all your payments. This company had cash problems from last year went to external administration today. Any body has inside information about there dealings, let ASIC know. There is no office at South Morang and point Cook. You call the number and am. Nobody replies to phone call and email. Website is still active.

Just be careful !!!!! – Just be aware of this builder. I’ve signed my house contract with this builder 2 years ago, still my house is at incomplete lock up stage, they have taken upfront money from us for plastering work more than 6 months ago, since then there is not even single day work done on my site, no response for any of our emails, calls whatsoever, now they’ve removed temporary fencing as well. Before you engage with this builder just go check their above address. They’ve closed all their offices many months ago.

Worst experience – They pour slab 1 yr ago and did nothing after that. Their office address which is given on internet is not their anymore. They also took out their sign infront of the temporary fence of the property which has builder’s information.

Please save yourself Many Red flags – The review is only to aware Public of this A1Ahomes fooling tactics, and to save your money and time. 1. They don't have any format or schedule for working on projects. 2. Designing team is a business (GDD) run by partner GD. and got a lot of cheap and inexperienced staff who will delay your drawings. 3. Your Supervisor will change anytime without even informing you, you won't know until you call them back. 4. They will not respond to your calls and emails. 5. They will excuse funds, shortage of staff, and materials even if these are not the real issues. 6. They don't have permanent tradies or teams to work on their projects. 7. Once you signed the contract, they will ask you for more money in advance or advise delays will be there. 8. Their workmanships are poor quality, with many flaws in the building construction, until you get it privately inspected.

and the list goes on....

Please don't sign with them and save your money. The reviews on this website can be taken off or edited by company any time, no wonder they have deleted all the previous reviews.

Worst exprince so far with A1A Homes – This is my initial review, watch the space for more detailed review comes up soon. Just this is heads up whoever is building or thinking of building with A1A homes, I have build home with these guys one of the worst experience which I had so far during the construction they don't have dedicated good supervisors, changed quite a few and no notification until I ask what is the status. Apart from this building completion took more time and also handover done with few more items to fix which has been 2 months still not done, chasing up so many time but no luck. One more biggest regret is worst ever seen maintenance support , these guys don't have dedicated post construction team to look after issues, again have to go back to supervisor which is nightmare to get things done on time. I am an amid investor build so many with small and upto volume builder never seen this kind of builders. These guys not able to finish inflight so many projects and also start new projects, just asking so many times price variance which were signed 11 months ago which they don't have proper planning.
