A couple of our smaller packing boxes, clearly marked “ fragile “ and “ this way up “ were put into our garage upside down and they had evidence of being dropped or squished between other boxes. The corners were damaged and the contents broken. We have used Caloundra Removals in the past, and if we ever chose to move again, we would use them again - but they’d need to be more careful. I have a mark on my architrave/door frame where my brand new bedroom furniture’ collided ‘ because the china shop bulls just weren’t listening to my husband. Paperwork was signed to this effect.

I am so glad I chose Caloundra Removals. They were recommended by a friend who used their storage service so we did the same. Caloundra Removals stored our belongings for over 2 years and relocated the container from the Sunshine Coast to Cairns. I was very pleased to see that the condition of our gear was far better than I expected after being store for such a long period of time. The movers were also very friendly and professional.

What a fiasco – The movement of my household belongings from Caboolture to country Victoria was a disaster. I was led to believe that the container was for my use but it arrived with someone else's belongings loaded in the front. Delivery from Melbourne to my new home resulted in 1 carton lost and Artwork and tools misplaced (later recovered). Recovered items transported on floor at the back of truck with glass smashed. Missing carton never found. A heavy loss despite insurance.

Was also promised that any lost or damaged items would be fully compensated which was a complete lie.

Absolutely shocking service and zero regard for people’s belongings. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

my disabled brother about the delivery date constantly making excuses for not delivering it and postponing the delivery date on 5 occasions now. They make promises that are dishonest and do not return calls. They are unreliable, unprofessional and untrust worthy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. They have no respect or consideration for disabled people. Their conduct shows they do not care for the needed or disabled people. Worst company ever.

Never have I dealt with a company that has lied that many times and continued to make excuses. They refused to take responsibility or discount the cost the delivery or make a special after hours delivery given they have lied on 5 separate occasions about delivering the item and never delivering it.

Peter and Brodie were our delivery guys today. They were professional, respectful, on time and Peter was able to negotiate our difficult driveway with showed his expertise. Excellent service by Caloundra Removals & Storage. The whole process went smoothly and the workers took great care when packing and unpacking our boxes. It was handy to have them store our boxes in a container over the weekend while we waited for settlement on the Monday. Took the stress away from moving out and moving in on the same day. This is the best removal company in my opinion. I’ve had many moves with items damaged. This team came well prepared. Packed everything quickly and efficiently even with the heavy rain. We moved only a reasonably short distance but had quite a big move with 2 trucks. We were very happy with the team. They helped us decide how we should manage the timing of pick up and drop off, they took care and nothing was broken.

The move (from Caloundra Removals point of view) was painless. Packing and unpacking boxes is a different story. The removal storage and delivery performed by CRS was excellent, the boys were careful, friendly and nothing was a problem for them. Nothing was damaged. We were in a two storey house with 4 bedrooms three bathrooms, so it was quite a large move. I will happily recommend CRS to anybody interested

Great service from the first phone call though pickup, storage and completion of the delivery of our belongings into our new home. Highly recommend and will use them again.
