Great after sales service

I'd like to thank Nghia & Jack and those directly involved in restoring my faith in ABC BLINDS after having a couple of issues. It appears they are currently training new staff in order to get everything back on track and they looked after me post purchase. To me that is equally as important as product quality and reliability so I'm equally happy with all the above.

Terrible. Do not recommend

I would give no stars if I could. Signed up in February and spent 25k on blinds and security screens. When the blinds were installed 3 of the motors did not work at all and 6 motors were faulty. One blind was cut the wrong size, 1 blind was the wrong colour. Still waiting for it to be repaired/ installed. I have had to take four days off work to be home when they come. 2 times were no shows and one time was 7 hours late. No apology. ABC blinds never call back or answer their emails.
They promised everything would be completed in 4 weeks. After we paid they said that was only the blinds and the security screens would be 3 months. Absolutely do not recommend Show details

Screw falls out

We got a crimsafe from them I admit that it's out of warranty. It would be helpful if my mum an elderly person was able to open the lock. What would happen if there was fire and she is unable to get out due to badly made door. That would be it I'd loose my mum. Then find out that the bottom screw is no good it's double threaded. I know this as the screw fell out and then it just pushed all the way in it was made and delivered like this. NOT HAPPY ABC BLINDS BAD WORKMANSHIP Show details

Love our ‘Alpha M’ blinds

Very happy with our ‘Alpha M’ motorized outdoor blinds which have transformed the space into a more functional area for all year round weather conditions. A big thank you to Hoang and his assistant for their patience and advice given at ‘check measure’ stage and for the fantastic job done with the installation which by no means was straight forward.
Only negative would be customer service when calling the office regarding product and installation advice, was placed on hold several times and the information provided wasn’t always correct, possibly due to inexperienced staff. Show details

Collecting plastic hangars for blinds

I needed plastic hangars for vertical blinds. Trina Van Roon was really helpful and friendly. She got the hangars for me pretty swiftly and would not accept payment for then which caused me a bit of embarrassment and very much gratitude. Trina deserves more than one coffee .... Over promised under delivered

Disappointed to the lack of communication, purchased outdoor blinds 01/02/2024 ( 3 months ago) informed it would take 3-6 weeks varying phone calls made requesting an update to be told they would be installed on the 26/04/2024. ABC have now cancelled due to material being unavailable. Why would you book installment when they haven't even been made. I have found this very misleading, I have had fantastic service in the past on multiple occasions, this experience on the other hand has left me wondering if I will ever deal with yourselves again. Show details

Poor customer service and poor installation service

One of the most un professional people i have ever seen. It been 3 months since i have paid for 7 blind still to get 2 more blinds done correctly. First time wrong sizes even though 2 people came and measure the size still managed to get it wrong. Then had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment and this time wrong tube size. If you call them they will put you on hold and then disconnect so good luck getting any answer. Quality of blind is crap as well Show details

Today l visited the Wangara repair facility.
The treatment l received was exemplary.
As l had travelled quite a distance to get there Ian went out of his way, interrupting their schedule to attend to my problem so l could get on my way. I cannot fault anything about the facility - even Trina on the phone was exceptionally helpful.
I had a minor repair done. Not bad after 14 years of a large house with no curtains - only blinds ! 9.30 Show details

Poor customer service

I have just had the installer cancel at the last minute for the 3rd time. Impossible to speak to a manager as apparently he is in an important meeting. Customer service is obviously not seen as a priority. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Show details

Vanessa Outstanding Customer Service

Outstanding customer service, Vanessa helped locate a old charger for my parents roller blinds after my father's passing. The home has 6 roller internal blinds in the home and they look beautiful and stylish. One of my exterior patio blinds has stopped a few inches from the ground. I have been given instructions from the original supplier in the form of a standard sheet detailing the procedure to rectify.
Regrettably, I do not have a degree in mechanical engineering to assist me to reset.
