Our 4 outdoor blinds have just been installed by Van Hahn and his able assistant, they were extremely efficient & friendly, explained how to recharge the batteries and our warranty.

Very bad and unrealible service! Poor communication with customer and within their organisation! Avoid at all cost!!!
This is first part of my review. I'll provide the next part when the blinds are fitted correctly. I had my blinds appointment booked in the 16th Nov 2023. Was told that everything was confirmed. Later received a call saying an installation team have quit, so they have to move my installation date to 21st Nov 2023. Got an SMS text confirmation that the installation will happen between 7am and 12 noon. At 10am, I called them and was told that the installer will be coming at 11am. At 11.30am, I called again and was told he's coming at 12.30pm. cal
... Read moreled again, and at 1.30pm, the installer still hasn't arrived. The installer finally arrived at 2pm. Proceed to install the blinds but the blinds did not fit in the sliding door, it was too big! Apparently the person who did the measurements wasn't qualified - he is in sales and not part of the installation team! So what is he doing measuring? No idea! very unreliable and untrustworthy. Avoid at all cost! I gave one star as the installer was very good. He is clearly good at his job but he is soooo overworked and doing the installation alone. Yes alone. He looked very tired and I started talking to him and he hasn't had a break, nor lunch. Why can't ABC management ensure that 2 people are installing the blinds? It's going to be faster, safer and better for their installers and also for the customers. Stay tuned for my second part. Hopefully it get installed, this time the measurements was actually done by the installer, not some sales guy!- Return Claim Made: No

New Gezebo Blinds
The new automatic outdoor blinds were installed yesterday by Jean and his assistant. Excellent tradesmen, on time and real gentlemen. The installation was very fast as everything almost fitted perfectly, Jean made some minor adjustments to ensure that it was. A great looking product that really finishes off our Gezebo and our outdoor area.

Repair of outdoor blind
What a wonderful experience I had today with Vanessa at the front desk regarding my problem.it was addressed very quickly and the repair was done in lighting quick time .having been in the building industry all my life to still get amazing service in this day and age is fabulous and also the gentleman that is at the front desk was very informative and helpful explaining your products.I would have no problem recommending abc blinds .cheers steve parkinson and one other point the boys in the back workshop do a great job

Poor Quality Indoor Roller Blinds and Installation
Service has been disgusting and no one seems to want to call you back or reply to you or help in anyway. Since Feb 2023 when the blinds where installed. They were not fitted properly, it took several months for them to send someone out to have a look, and he couldn't fix them, he didn't know what he was doing, so I suggested to have my deposit back, they wanted to send another installer I refused, as I don't want anyone else out I just want them taken away and money back, now one blind has fell down. I had some security doors fitted by Josh Gaul. He did a great job. He went through every stage of what needed to be done. He was very friendly and professional.

Excellent service
I have dealt with Thu Vo at ABC Blinds three times now, he has organised construction and delivery of various shutter configurations for my house. Thu Vo is extremely professional, always re-confirms my requirements, he is always prompt and courteous in his communications. I seriously recommend this company and especailly Thu Vo.

Rockingham Service excellent
Called in to ABC Rockingham with a photo only of a vertical blind issue. Leanne was not only courteous but, equally important, competent in her product knowledge. Supplied the correct parts and job rectified. Very happy and will certainly go there again.

One of my exterior patio blinds has stopped a few inches from the ground. I have been given instructions from the original supplier in the form of a standard sheet detailing the procedure to rectify.
Regrettably, I do not have a degree in mechanical engineering to assist me to reset.
