Our ABC experience exceeded expectations. From our initial dealings with Ralph, ongoing communication through the manufacture process and then ultimately concluding with the installation done by Mark, all dealings were honest and professional - couldn't ask for more.

I love our new shutters. Our installer, Kyle, did an amazing job, including providing a solution for some windows we didn’t know how to finish. His experience and attention to detail resulted in a beautiful finish to our living area.

Took blind track up for repair told me could take up to 7 days service desk salesmen Ian Herrington was very knowable with his products polite and friendly said he could see i needed it ASAP and would try to hurry them a little rang around 4 hrs later blind ready well thank you so much Ian for your service and help I would highly recommend ABC for blinds and awnings and will defiantly use again THANK YOU So much JEFF baker

I am disappointed with the service from this blinds company. My installation was scheduled for a specific date, but it was delayed without proper notice or clear communication. been waiting until now, but still no one is coming. The late installation caused inconvenience and disrupted my schedule. The lack of communication and delay in service were frustrating.

I’m not really recommending the ABC blinds company, it was frustrating to deal with them. I wish I could cancel and get all my money back.

I hope the company improves their time management and keeps customers better informed in the future.

Terrible service! Wish I had read all the 1-star reviews before I ordered my shutters from them. Paid the full amount for my order on 26/08/2025. Was told there is a 10-12 week wait time on these. “Estimated docking time” for them was apparently 24/11/2025. shutters, 2) and then get told that I will receive un update by the end of next week. Oh, and then I get told that all supervisors finish at 3pm, so I have to ring back tomorrow. Got told “management” is looking into my case, and I am still waiting on “management” up until today.

Finally, they arrived today. Yeah! Got home tonight to discover that one room, which I got measured THREE TIMES, by two different people from ABC Blinds, doesn’t have a shutter installed. Then got told by FIL that the shutter installer was ready to rip off my sheers and blinds in my living room which ABC Blinds INSTALLED! Just to put a shutter in there! Haven’t had a SINGLE PERSON from ABC ring me to even offer a remote explanation, resolution or apology. Every-time I am the one having to follow up.

Shame on you, ABC Blinds! Disgraceful!

Their installer a [Content Removed] guy came to install some blinds and his attitude when he saw me as a women immediately give me a bad vibe, he said he could not get his ladders into my bedroom, and I need to shift my bed. urgently due to summer sun coming into the bedrooms. My ladder was shorter and easier to manoeuvre., I watched him and he turned around and ask me to [Content Removed], twice he said that to me. Four letter words. I could have asked him to leave but I felt intimidated as he was taller and stronger and do not want any violence towards myself. I can tell he is an angry person. I kept quiet and let him do the job and he left. I rang up ABC blinds in Wangara and they said they will Investigate but todate nothing has happened. No apologies. This guy is aggressive and could be violent. I will not use this company again. This happened nearly two months ago from memory. This is a genuine review of the company from a woman who could suffer violence on that day, as it is suffered abusive language.

I have ordered a sheer curtain from ABC blinds , installed today by Akbar , this the second installation he has done for my home , he is very professional and extremely friendly,very happy with the product and the service. Show details

I needed a replacement bracket for our Venetian Blinds and called the original company that installed the blinds. They advised that they didn’t have any spare parts and said it was best if I contacted one of their competitors ABC Blinds and Awnings. within 5 minutes from Ian. Ian was so helpful even though his company hadn’t installed our blinds.

I emailed a few photos to Ian of the broken bracket and he again responded so promptly and let me know he had the same brackets and I could pick them up straight away.

Ian’s help and prompt responses was so greatly appreciated.

I was looking for a mounting clip for an older Venetian blind. I attended the Wangara WA showroom today and was greeted by a young man who attended to my broken roller blind (purchased from somewhere else) and the need for some blind parts. The experience was so efficient and he had no issues with fixing and explaining the issue to me. He smiled and genuinely cared (unlike other blinds companies) I walked away with a problem fixed and wished I had seen them years ago! Show details
