Glad I paid with PayPal – Not a good impression to leave on a first time customer, I won’t be ordering from Abi and Joseph again. If you end up needing a refund this business won’t give you back your money. They said they refunded me but the confirmation email from PayPal never came, I had to open a case through PayPal to get my money back.

No longer Australian company :( – Abi and Joseph has changed hands and is no longer Australian owned. Customer service is now offshore and the quality of the products and the level of service has changed drastically. My two most recent orders had incorrect descriptions on the website. Defect pants – Pair of leggings not as described on their website. Very loose and they look like clown pants. Raised issue with them and I was told they will sit differently on people‍ and that because they are 7/8 pants they are meant to be that way. Love the run/swim tights – These are great for exercising and water activities however I would love them To be in a quick dry material as when they get wet they stay wet, would buy more and recommend to others if this could be looked into. Thanks Show details

Great products and so comfortable – Abi and Joseph have great quality exercise clothes. I find that the tops are a flattering fit and the tights are thick enough to not be see-through and most importantly, they stay up! Love their tank top – Not everyone want a racer back tank. Especially if you’re not really young. I ordered 3 of which one was too small. No problem as free returns and replacement will come soon. have 19% body fat) and the high rise waist band provides little core support. Not only that, the fabric dye bled into the shirt tail of a white running shirt i was wearing. Wore again a second time for a weight session in my airconditioned gym and was still uncomfortable. The sweat left on the bench after getting up was not what i normally experience with other tights and these tights were wet to the touch and left my hand glistening when touched. Definitely not quick drying either. The tights have an odour even after washing unlike other tights i own. Wore a third time for a brisk 10km walk on a cool 18 degree day and still hot! Might wear again for a run in the alps. Not confident they'll keep me warm enough though. A poor cousin to tights by 2XU, Lululemon & Lorna Jane. The technical aspects of their 'signature high performance fabric' is something they need to go back to the drawing board and improve. If you care about fashion more than function then Abi & Joseph is for you. Very disappointed with this product. Not sure why middle aged women love so much. They of all people need the most relief from the hormone rage inducing fluctuations to their body temperature.

I only buy their leggings because they are super thick and hide my wobbly bits and go up to xxl. I don’t buy any other brand now.

Uncomfortable - wouldn't recommend – Uncomfortable. Purchased the maternity tights - the style has a fabric join horizontally across the butt. Not comfortable at all and also not a flattering look. The material is okay, however I wouldn't recommend and I wouldn't purchase this brand again (as I don't think they consider the consumer when creating their style). Excellent Quality – I recently purchased 2 tops and 2 pairs of tights. The size was perfect in all items. Super comfortable for all activities I do. So disappointed - long term customer a customer no more – I purchased the exact same size I have always purchased dozens of times. The products I received from the outlet store were so large I thought they were from the maternity section. I was told I would get a credit but the return was at my cost. Never, ever again – I will never again order from this company. I ordered two pairs of tights during a '2 for $129' promotion. The company advertises its products as being suitable for all types of activity, and is heavily branded around yoga and pilates. and pilates. NOPE! The fabric was transparent at the slightest bend. (Yes, I double checked my measurements against there size guide and ordered up a size as I was in between.)

It turns out that the customer has to pay the postage for returning these faulty products.

My emails to the company requesting a full refund were to no avail; they only offered to recommend other tights that may be suitable for yoga/pilates - acknowledgement (I believe) that they are selling products not suited to the advertised purpose.

EDIT - I have submitted a review on the Abi & Joseph website ("I had to return these tights – the fabric is transparent when bending and totally unsuitable for yoga/pilates.") on three occasions, but it has not been published. This makes me think the only reason they only have 4 or 5 star reviews for products on their page is because they refuse to publish anything else.

emailed them with my concern and photos and were quick to respond and allay my fears that the jacket did have pockets and are lightly sewn to help keep the shape during transportation.

Extremely great customer service, super polite and they have a great product! Would highly recommend and will be buying in the future.

return them, was told 'sorry no returns on sale items'. There was nothing else I wanted from this shop, so my money was stuck in store credit.

That feels unfair for online purchases where you can't see the product and try it on before buying. There was no warning on the product pages of the sale items to state 'no refunds'. It's hidden in the terms and conditions link when you checkout.

A good many Australian retailers offer returns on online purchases. They also offer returns on online sale items. Not Abi and Joseph. For a business that only has one shop and most sales are done online, this feels extremely shortsighted to me. Best to stick to websites that offer returns for online purchases.

Buyer beware.
