I have purchased many ABI products in the past and have generally been satisfied, but I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience regarding the Kasai Stone Mosaic Tiles. describes a "matte finish," but more than half of the 68 sheets I received arrived with heavy surface scratching and prominent lines that were completely absent from the marketing images and showroom samples. When I raised this, I was told this is "consistent with current stock." If that is the case, the website images are misleading and do not reflect the true state of what is being sold. I offered to travel 1.5hr to the warehouse to replace the bad sheets but this was refused and only a refund offered.
If you are expecting clean looking tiles, I would inspect them before leaving the warehouse or ask for photos if your unable to travel. Also, if you want to retun the tiles you need to purchase a minimum of 5m2 or three boxes.

Amazing products and customer service – I ordered all my tap ware for kitchen and bathroom from Abi about 3.5 years ago. The quality is great and it was fast delivery. Recently the shower head broke, i completed the warranty form online and they had a new part sent out that same day and got it the next day! Streamlined purchase, great quality, good price! – Website is great, easy to navigate. Shipping was quick and free for our large order (toilet, shower fittings, vanity and taps). Great quality and price point. Issue with the toilet cistern was very promptly remedied with a replacement sent out express post, no issues. Highly recommend, will use for future renovations! Elysian sensor tap – We installed an Elysian, sensor, mixer tap and were disappointed to find the off sensor function is slow to turn the water off- around 4 seconds. Quick on, but slow off. Contacted ABI who arranged for a new solenoid and plumber to replace. It now works as it should. Very happy with aftersales service. Show details · 4
Looks great but poor quality – Wish we had done more research. Sinks need to be dried after every use otherwise you will get surface rust and water stains. One week into our new home and this has already occurred. Not super practical to be drying the sink after every use. Extremely, extremely disappointed.

A complete sham – ABI Interiors carefully curate their reviews. They do not display any reviews that give less than 5 stars. We have had nothing but problems with them. We bought a kitchen sink from them in January. It arrived in packaging so badly damaged that it wasn’t even worth unwrapping it. We sent them pictures of the packaging - it looked like the sink had been flung off a moving truck then driven over by another truck. It took two weeks to get a replacement. During that time the delay in fitting the sink caused an overall delay in completing the kitchen of 4 weeks. Four extra weeks living off a camping table and a camping stove and washing up in a plastic tub. Not a word of apology much less any compensation for our inconvenience. From there the sink leaked. So, time out from work to let their tradies come and fix it. Still the sink kept leaking. By this stage it was November. We were told we’d have to wait until late January for the parts - another two months without a fully functioning sink. Again no apology much less compensation for our inconvenience. Spoke to Jaidyn. Insisted we be allowed to post a 1 star review. He promised to send a link so we could do so. Never arrived. Spoke to Kat, the COO. She also promised to send a link so we could bring some honesty to their reviews. Also never arrived. This firm’s service is appalling and their products are defective. But worst of all, their glowing reviews are a scam. Don’t trust this company

Great customer service at showroom – We went to Burleigh Heads showroom to look at the products. We had already purchased some online but wanted to see some of the other products we needed in person. Anna was there and she was fabulous. Her customer service, product knowledge and design was very helpful. The goods aren't installed as yet so will update once they have been in use. Lovely design. Terrible quality and products need replacing often – My AVI pop up waste for my bathroom basin has stopped working and won't close so that I can fill the basin. This is only 12 months old and I have also had problems with other fittings that needed replacing too. interior posts, but that's about it! I would advise that ABI focus on providing a better product that lasts more that 12 months. Your 25 year warranty means nothing if I have to spend time replacing things every 12 months! I wouldn't recommend this brand unless your happy with having to replace stuff all the time. I would recommend spending more money on a better quality product that you don't have to worry about.

Don’t expect good delivery – Lol you order 6k worth of stuff and they don't confirm a delivery date. No worries just drop my 150kg bathtub at the gate! Poor customer service and quite rude. They just expect everyone to sit around and wait for it I guess. Not happy.

Brass Tapware - Love it! – We purchased one of the brass taps for our kitchen renovations. It finishes the kitchen off beautiful, wasn't over priced, and we really love how it looks. Only negative thing I could say about the design is that the neck of the tap could be wider so that it would be closer to the edge of the bench (I feel as though I do have to lean in a bit, but other than that it's perfect).
Looks good, poor quality – One year into our bathroom, with all our hardware from ABI, the most used items are all showing signs of rust. The rust also stains the tiles, not really the look I was going for. Would rather spent more on better quality items.

Perfect!! – I have purchased my ensuite in White taps and accessories and can't wait to see them. I am blown away at how beautiful they are. The packaging the delivery time and customer service has been unbelievable. I don't normally post photos but when this bathroom is finished..I am!
ABI are fab – I've ordered a few of times from ABI. Their products are good quality, competitively priced and they are really helpful if you have questions. One time when my item was delivered back to their warehouse they promptly tracked it down and got it sent back out to me. Great to see a business which values it's customers.
Good quality products with long warranties – We are looking to renovate our kitchen and used the internet to find quality tapware. We stumbled across ABI interiors and had a look at their selection. Compared with other companies their products seem better quality with longer warranties. Very happy customer – I purchased the brushed brass Isla and Penny cabinetry and Elysian kitchen mixer. Goods arrived within a couple of days even though Abi were advising to expect delays. All in all 10/10 for customer service and product quality.

Beautiful modern products for our new kitchen – We got the Jai sink and matching mixer in satin nickel. Lovely products and service was spot on. The expected wait time was very accurate and the whole experience was easy.

their processes are immature - but they should get there as time goes on. I would buy from them again. Update - 5 years later. The black finish on taps hasn’t lasted well. The fittings all still work well, just the black on high touch areas has worn off.
ABI service – First time customer...Very very fast delivery, upon order... kept uptodate all the way thru ..and that was for just ordering color samples.. cannot imagine the customer service on the very product!!!...very happy... will proceed in new year to order kitchen sink and kitchen tap mixer... Exceptional Range of Tapware – After looking everywhere for reasonably priced rose gold taps I stumbled upon abi. The range was far better than other places I've been to. Once I received the taps I was surprised by the quality of the manufacturing I wasn't expecting such high quality for the price I paid.
